I cant access any on-line resources both with the terminal, transmission(to download torrents), or Ubuntu software center. For firefox, I have configured it and can download .deb and other files but need direct access. Please give me step by step instruction as to how to configure and authenticate 12.04 terminal.   • Wubi installation: I get os freezes which make me have to hard reboot

    Wubi installation has been going a success for me, but one problem is that I get freezes, My Mouse works I can move it round but I can't click or right click. Sometimes my keyboard works and so I can shutdown safely using commands, but other times the keyboard doesn't work. One example of this is when I was running minecraft and youtube. and to off the laptop the only way was to hard reboot. Does anyone have a solution to this?

    it's so weired that i have to plug/unplug in my usb devices every time booting ubuntu. it happens for both installing ubuntu and booting ubuntu (10.10 and 11.10) the scenario is like: 1.bios checking - 2.grub start - 3.keyboard & mouse led OFF (black screen with a cursor on top-left) - 4.i plug/unplug in any usb devices - 5.everything is back to normal and ubuntu started it's really frustrating :( please advise the solution.

I'm using gphoto2, but lately I get "device read errors", so I'd like to try to do a software-reset of the connection. From what I can tell, there are no kernel modules being loaded for the camera.     I'm trying to recover GRUB after installing Windows 7. I installed Ubuntu 12.04 first, then installed Windows 7 so I lost the GRUB at startup. Made a USB stick with Ubuntu to boot from, I get the menu tell it to start and it takes off but then gets stuck. The last line showing on the screen is: ata10: PATA max UDMA/100 cmd 0xc800 ctl 0xc480 irq 17 or this: [4.793048] scsi9 : pata_jmicron Then it just gets stuck there and the screen flashes from time to time.

Each of these pages are called for example "Comments About Firefox", "Firefox Reviews" and so on. If we don't have any reviews or we for some reason KNOW that the visitor from Google would be disappointed should we add "noindex" to that page? Or should we just let Google decide if they want to rank us or not?
