  I've looked around for an answer to this, no luck. what i want to do is replace: http://localhost/mysite/admin/something with: http://localhost/mysite/admin/?p=something Here's the best formula I came up with since yesterday: RewriteEngine On RewriteBase /mysite/ RewriteRule ^(superv/)([^\?/]+)$ $1\?p=$2 [NC] Yet it's not working. Note: It think the "RewriteBase" thingy has nothing to do with the problem because this line is working like a charm: RewriteRule ^(javascripts/main\.js)$ $1\.php [NC] Any ideas? thanks in advance.

  I get a St9bad_alloc error which I'm unable to debug. I tried reducing the size of the data structure to eliminate the possibility that I might be running out of memory but that doesn't seem to be the case. These are the relevant files:- gdb backtrace: http://pastebin.com/5hFhHXnL TraceCache.cc: http://pastebin.com/j8vK812j I can't understand how, in the backtrace it jumps from TraceCache.cc:55 to TraceCache.cc:34 whereas in my code I can't see any such path. • Zend Framework 1.1 Modules setup

  i used zend_tool to setup a project then to create module blog with index controller etc but i guess the default config setup by zend_tool does not work with modules so i edited it resources.frontController.moduleDirectory = APPLICATION_PATH "/modules" resources.frontController.moduleDirectoryControllerName = "controllers" i guess these are required for modules? also i moved the folders, controllers, models, views into the modules/ folder but i get a blank screen when i try to go to http://servername which shld load Default module's index controller and action. even if i try to go http://servername/nonexistentpage it also shows a blank screen instead of a 404

  The answer in this post http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2119680/use-jquery-to-check-if-a-url-on-another-domain-is-404-or-not shows how to use YQL in Jquery to check if URL is valid or not. However, I can't get this to work for me. The only difference I can think of is that my URL is a text file (http://mycrossdomain.com/sometext.txt) and not HTML.I think the YQL query needs to be adjusted accordingly. Any help is appreciated.

It looks more or less okay in all browser, but the problem is, if a resize the window to a smaller size, sometimes the layout of the subnavigation layer is destroyed. Instead of getting smaller, all the elements are ordered more or less randomly. Any hints why?

  so I have my PHP file (it all works fine the php side of it I know this for a fact) located in xampp's htdocs 'contact.php' so In my webpage I have it linked up to there "http://localhost/contact.php" however when I press the button and it runs the php i get "Not Found HTTP Error 404. • CSS Unwanted padding in IE using floats.

  It's been a long day of designing and I ran into a problem today. The website www.dcninc.com/newtest/security_testing.php is a new design I'm working on at work right now. If you view it in Firefox you will notice there is no padding on the 2 right boxes (I did that on purpose to trouble shoot my problem) However if you view that same page in IE, it adds padding to the right side.   I have a php file with an xml header and xml code, named test.php. How do I load this file as an xml? The following doesn't work: $xml = simplexml_load_file('test.php'); echo $xml; I just get a white page. The test file is saved as php, as it's dynamic. It's loading data from the tradedoubler api.
