  Of late I had been thinking of having a fresh install of Ubuntu. So I cut-pasted all my required files and folders in my E drive. Then I decided to not to have a fresh install and just let it be. Later, when I booted up in Windows (dual-boot with 12.04 and Windows 7), I found that the files and folders I had cut-pasted from my home account in Ubuntu are just not there. What is even more surprising is that now, when I am back on Ubuntu, those files and folders that should have been there in my E drive are also not there. Is it an Ubuntu issue or a hard drive issue?

A revision is stored as a delta against an earlier revision. • How should I structure a site with content dependent on visitor type (not user)?

  I have a website that displays different content depending on two selections made by a visitor: Whether they are a teacher or student, and their learning level (from 4 options). Everything is public and they don't need to authenticate to access the content. Depending on their selection, different content is displayed across the whole site, other than a contact and about page. The tone of the language changes depending on whether the visitor is a student or teacher and the materials available on each page also change depending on the learning level, however in all cases, the structure of the site is identical. Currently I'm using a cookie to store the visitor's selections and render different content appropriately, so I have a single set of URLs which display different content depending on the cookie, with one of the permutations as default. I appreciate this is far from ideal, but what is the better option? Would I be better using a distinguishing segment for each selection, for example: http://example.com/teacher/lv3/resources/activities http://example.com/teacher/lv4/resources/activities http://example.com/student/lv4/resources/activities etc. What is the most sensible way to handle this situation?

  It just shows a black screen with words in it for a fraction of a second and then gets back to users screen(where you choose your user). I tried to enter from another account and removed the password for the admin account , but it didn't work too , and then I couldn't access my admin privileged places with my old password ?   Help with something really basic, which I am unable to figure out. In Windows creating a shortcut (link) for a website is as easy as dragging-and-dropping the favicon/address bar to the desktop or a folder. I tried the same in Ubuntu (Chrome browser), but it's not working. The web page is being saved as a file, but not as a link/shortcut. Am I missing something or is there no way to quickly create shortcuts to web pages/web sites without installing some app for that? If the above is true, is there an app that does what I need? I hope I am clear enough.

I want to have identical campaigns running for different time zones, but for the campaigns only to run between particular hours of the day in each time zone. If I have a campaign for each time zone, when I make changes to one campaign, such as adding ad groups, or adding keywords, or changing bid amounts, etc, I want those changes to occur to the other campaigns also.   Sometimes, especially when I open pages that have some kind of multimedia contents, Chrome freezes. It always happens directly after opening a new tab. In contrast to the way Chrome usually has only tabs crashing, the entire windows freezes. If I have multiple separate Chrome windows open, the others keep working. I run Ubuntu 12.04 and Chrome in version 20.0.1132.47 but this has been going on since I last set up my machine around half a year ago. Anyone having the same problems or an idea what could be wrong here?

  Given a SqlConnection, a SqlCommand if you need to execute a stored procedure it is enough to specify the stored procedure name as the CommandText and it will work. Now the surprise is that if you also add parametres, you get this creepy error: SqlException: Line 1 incorrect syntax near [storedProcedureName]. The quick fix is to specify the CommandType to be StoredProcedure.

  I'm sure all is fine, but i need some reassurance. Last month my company launched consolidated two of their websites into one new website. www.fdmgroup.com and www.fdmacademy.com into a newly designed www.fdmgroup.com. Because the FDM Academy grew as it's own brand we decided not to just forward the domain to the fdmgroup website, but instead just mirror the new FDM Group website and use a canonical tags to the FDM Group domain (so the link juice will pass to the FDM Group domain pages) The website has be live for nearly a month and i don't believe any power has passed down through the FDM Group website to it's deeper pages even though 301 redirects from the legacy group and academy domains in place. I am also seeing the same problem on the FDM Academy domain, but i expect to see this as every page has a canonical to the same page on the Is there anything which is restricting the flow of power through the site, or am i just being impatient. I may add the Page secondary dimension in Top events and apply the regex filter but this way I won't get a grouped list.
