Normally, to find a character (for example: "z") in a database I use a query like this : mysql_query("SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE tag LIKE '%z%'"); But here, I want to found the % character, but in SQL it's a joker so when I write: mysql_query("SELECT * FROM mytable WHERE tag LIKE '%%%'"); It show me all my datas.   Is there a way to setup apache and tomcat so that I can have d1.webapp.com d2.webapp.com d3.webapp.com etc. All hosted by the same tomcat instance without having to add aliases to the HOSTS element in the tomcat config file? I will be allowing new users to have thier own domain when they sign up and it will be a subdomain of the web app. I don't want to keep updating the hosts file for aliases and restarting tomcat though each time a new user signs up.

  I want to make someone able to register on my site (or upgrade their current account) with one of 3 membership levels. When someone selects the membership level (or upgrades their current account) and registers, they will register under that membership level and payment will be started from there. My real question being how do I make someone able to sign up (or upgrade) an account upon registration (for new accounts) and upgrade for existing accounts and have this happen automatically so I dont have to do them all by hand? I use my jar and a few more as libraries and all of them are signed this way, still, when I open the browser I get the warning that there is signed and unsigned code. • Rails - How do you test ActionMailer sent a specific email in tests

  Currently in my tests I do something like this to test if an email is queued to be sent assert_difference('ActionMailer::Base.deliveries.size', 1) do get :create_from_spreedly, {:user_id => @logged_in_user.id} end but if i a controller action can send two different emails i.e. one to the user if sign up goes fine or a notification to admin if something went wrong - how can i test which one actually got sent. The code above would pass regardless.

• PayPal Payments Pro Sandbox requires membership?

  Do I need to pay the $30 just to play around in the sandbox for Website Payments Pro? I'm trying to get Active Merchant working in Rails, and it's giving me an error "invalid merchant configuration"... after digging around a bit it says I need to "accept the billing agreement" and/or sign up for the Payments Pro first. So, do I need to pay the $30 just to test in sandbox? Or is there another workaround for this error?
