  • CVS Diff to output only modified files?

    Is it possible? Run a cvs diff in terminal at the project root that outputs only modified files (like local files that aren't in source control and local modified files). I'm running cvs diff --brief but I still have too many results since my project is large, and with a lot of subdirectories - it shows the whole hierarchy and I just want to know which files are different from HEAD revision. I'm using Linux.

  • Any tips for how to build a LED system thet will light up to music?

    So basically I would like somehow that given an audio file as input (most likely mp3 or I can use some audio engine that will handle other types too) from my computer to control some LED lights so they will be something like an oscilloscope, like the one in winamp. What would I need to be able to do this? I'm interested in building thing up all by myself, coding, hardware, etc.. I'm going with C++ on Windows.

    i am passing the textbox1.text values into a query and sometimes into a string sometimes i say this: dim combor1 as string combor1 = comboReason1.Text how do i know when i should put combor1=comboreason1.value ?? also why do i need to set focus for a control to reference its property? that doesn't make sense to me also when i set combor4 = comboReason4.Value and the .value is null, then i get an error about invalid use of null please help!

    Hello, I have a Win7 PC in use as part of an experiment control system. The experiment in question uses 4 windows simultaneously, and I would like to find away to open, position and size these 4 windows with a script. The script would run at start up, so that the newly booted PC presents the user with the four windows as default.     Hi, I'm looking at market stats here for sdk distribution: http://developer.android.com/resources/dashboard/platform-versions.html saying that 31% of marketplace users are still running 1.5. Is it true that an OS update went out for G1 and myTouch users? I'm wondering why so many people are still running 1.5 if so? Just curious because I'd like to use th setView() method introduced in 1.6 for TabSpec, but not if so many people are still using 1.5, I might have to roll my own control, Thanks
