• Where is the api reference for nhibernate?

  I may be going mental, but I can not find any api reference material for nhibernate. I've found plenty of manuals, tutorials, ebooks etc but no api reference. I saw the chm file on the nhibernate sourceforge page, but it doesn't seem to work on any of my PCs (different OSes) Can someone please point me in the right direction?

  Right now I have a very high volume of requests coming to my webserver which execute a PHP CGI script. Every one of these scripts opens up a config file that I have created to load options of how the script should run. Doing a file I/O operation everytime a request comes in seems very resource intensive to me. I'm not too familiar with the advanced features of PHP, are there any alternatives to achieve what I'm doing?

• XSL FO Table border has gaps in it when the cell is filled with a background color

  I have a fo:table defined with border="1px solid black". Some rows in the table have cell background-color="green". At different zoom levels, the border is not continuous- on some colored rows, it disappears from the right sometimes. At another zoom level they appear fine. Any idea what's going wrong?   The following image shows the size of a standard custom page: I've intentionally removed the panel on top, where you usually see Caption, Description and Logo. So you can see that the actual size of the page is quite small - there are gaps on top, left and right sides. Is there any way to resize the page, so there are no gaps? I want the image to take the whole space. I create the page using CreateCustomPage function.

• C++ vector and segmentation faults

  I am working on a simple mathematical parser. Something that just reads number = 1 + 2; I have a vector containing these tokens. They store a type and string value of the character. I am trying to step through the vector to build an AST of these tokens, and I keep getting segmentation faults, even when I am under the impression my code should prevent this from happening. I can access objects with identifiers that start with letters, but not ones that start with numbers.
