  • Are Ms-PL and Apache License Version 2.0 Compatible?

    I need to use two libraries in a commercial product that i'm developing at work. One library is under the Ms-PL license and the other is under Apache License Version 2.0. I know that Ms-PL is not compatible with GPL according to the FSF, and that the Apache License Version 2.0 is only compatible with GPLv3 (and not with GPLv1 or GPLv2). But i don't know if both licenses are compatible. Any help would be appreciated, even if it is that it is impossible :)

    in codeigniter you can use wildcard to reroute. i never heard the word wildcards before. is this a set of rules you can use like regexp? cause in codeigniter documentation they just gave some examples eg. $route['product/(:num)'] = "catalog/product_lookup_by_id/$1"; is there a list/reference with all the available wildcard expressions you can use?

    Hi, I have a product built out of multiple processes. Each process uses internally commons configuration. Does anyone have an idea how to manage the config? I.e. we do not want to duplicate variables so each process will be able to read them. Additionally, DB solution is no good, as we do not want to be dependent on DB for something like configuration.   • Dynamically change my schema

    I am wondering if there is a way to change the schema that I am working in while inside Management Studio. For instance I may have a default schema of dbo. But there are times I may want to query objects in say the accounting schema. It would be nice if I could issue a command and make it so I no longer must include the accounting before tables and views. But the next time I go in, I will be back to default of dbo.

    Hi, I am doing a lot of image processing in C and I need a good, reasonably lightweight, and above all FAST matrix manipulation library. I am mostly focussing on affine transformations and matrix inversions, so i do not need anything too sophisticated or bloated. Primarily I would like something that is very fast (using SSE perhaps?), with a clean API and (hopefully) prepackaged by many of the unix package management systems. Note this is for C not for C++.     I'm looking for a .Net implementation of a multiset. Can anyone recommend a good one? (A multiset, or bag, is a set that can have duplicate values, and on which you can do set operations: intersection, difference, etc. A shopping cart for instance could be thought of as a multiset because you can have multiple occurrences of the same product.)

How can I create a single list containing all the possible permutations: For example [ [ a, b, c], [d], [e, f] ] I want [ [a, d, e] , [a, d, f], [b, d, e], [b, d, f], [c, d, e], [c, d, f] ] Note I don't know n in advance. I thought itertools.product would be the right approach but it requires me to know the number of arguments in advance
