  • What causes this error? "CALayer position contains NaN: [240 nan]"

    I've seen this happen whenever i rotate a screen that has a UITableView on it. I've found out that it happens inbetween the willRotate and didRotate method calls in UIViewController My co-workers have seen it in other spots as well, usually around rotation. It hadnt started happening until very recently, and we're stumped as to how we should deal with it (google searches don't turn up the error message in its exact form). Has anyone else encountered this that knows what to do about it?

  • disjointed rollover issues in explorer and safari

    I have got a disjointed rollover script from Dax Assist: www . daxassist . com/js/disjointedrollovers.cfm check out the page I'm working on: http://www.gherkin.co.nz/tester/ The rollovers works pretty well on firefox, but in Explorer the larger images show up under the central div, and in Safari, they don't seem to work at all. Any ideas?

Currently a co-worker is testing this by shutting down the coordinator on his machine - if an exception is thrown this is taken as evidence that an attempt to promote the transaction has occurred. Is this a valid test?

    Is there a Google API similar to Yahoo and Bing's API's to check for the number of indexed pages on a specified domain? For example, for Yahoo if I type in the following URL: http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/pageData?appid=MTSlade&query=http://www.dave-sellers.co.uk&domain_only=1&results=1 Then it will return some XML detailing the number of pages indexed as 'totalResultsAvailable' Any idea?     Hi, I'm using the 1kb css grid framework for a site, and although nested rows are apparently supported by the framework, when I try to drop in a nested row it doesn't work! I tried to modify the way so it also display the original image above its reflection to not have to align them in HTML.     I'm creating a heightmap renderer. One of the examples for solving gaps when doing LOD I found is this: (from Game Programming Gems 2 - Greg Snook - Simplified Terrain using Interlocking Tiles) Wouldn't this still produce a gap, if the three vertices encircled with red were not co-linear? Shouldn't the middle triangle be split into two, as I marked with the orange line? Am I misunderstanding the problem, or is there a mistake in the example?

    Hi, To checkout I use the following command CVSROOT="/home/projects/stuff/" cvs co mywork with the mywork directory I have text files as well as pictures, i.e., looks something like this - paper.tex - pic1.jpg - pic2.jpg etc. In particular, I am interested in checking out all the version of paper.tex over time. Is there a way how I can check all revisions of this file out at once? Or which command can I use to see when revision have been made to this particular file? many thanks for your help, Andrew
