• Sendmail on ubuntu 12.04 64 bit connection times out?

  Okay i get the following error message: to=<[email protected]>, ctladdr=<www-data@adam-linux> (33/33), delay=2+08:20:35, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=25590437, relay=adamziolkowski.com., dsn=4.0.0, stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with adamziolkowski.com. I'm guessing to make sendmail work. I have to change the default outgoing port number to 465 because comcast blocks port 25. Any ideas? What could be causing this error?

  I've been trying to compile Slingshot for a preview of Elementary OS. Even after replacing Gtk.Stock.CLEAR and Gtk.Stock.add with Gtk.STOCK_CLEAR and Gtk.Stock_add in slingshot/widget/entries .vala I still get the following error when executing sudo ./build_run: frontend/widgets/Entries.vala:130.13-130.25: error: The name `Stock_add' does not exist in the context of `Gtk' Gtk.Stock_add ({stock_item}); ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warning(s) mv: cannot stat `slingshot': No such file or directory ./build_run: 7: slingshot: not found I haven't found yet a soulution, therefore any help is appreciated, thanks!

  We rely a lot on colour within our code within our team to outline features that need working on and what needs attention, we we think can be improved (we mainly colour the line of the code) for the application we're developing, however we have a close friend that is colourblind and he wants to join our team despite our heavily reliance on colour. • Booting problem with 12.04

  i do have a 12.04 ubuntu on my notebook , but i do have a problem with it. I cannot boot , if i dont press anything then there is a black screen , and it does not boot. If i press the space button , or any other key , for mutlitples times , like 20 or 25 times or more then it's boot in seconds , and normally. How can i resolve this? Thanks Ps:I do not have a problem with bios as it's already booting on first for the hard drive

  Sometimes getting a little feedback during the install/uninstall process of a NuGet package could be really useful. Instead of accounting for all possible ways to install your NuGet package for every user, you can simplify the installation by clarifying with the user what they want. This example shows how to generate a windows yes/no message box to get input from the user in the PowerShell install or uninstall script. We’ll use the prompt on the uninstall to confirm if the user wants to delete a custom setting that the initial install placed in their configuration.  Obviously you could use the prompt in any way you want. The objects of the message box are generated similar to the controls in the code behind of a WinForm.   All, Any idea when we'll see updates to the lowlatency version of the Ubuntu 12.04 kernel? It is still stuck at 3.2.0.23 whereas the generic kernel is already several updates ahead of it at a version 3.2.0.25? NB: I am using a 64-bit version but I don't think this is limited to the 64-bit kernels alone but rather affects both 32-bit and 64-bit builds. Please do correct me if I am wrong about this.
