  What is the best practice to develop a visual component in Flex Hero? I do it like this: I consider a component has 2 "parts", the declarative part (the visual sub-components) which I define in the skin (just mxml) and the code part (event handlers...) which I define in an action script class. I load the skin in the ctor of the action script class. I also define skin parts, states, and I bind event handlers in the partAdded function. I am having an argument about this; that I should define the component purely in an .mxml, with listeners in the script tag, and maybe attach a skin (but the skin should be loose - maybe for reuse :-?) I come from .NET and maybe I am biased with the code behind pattern, and I am wondering from your experience and Adobe's intent, what is the best practice to usually implement a visual component?

  When converting your projects to VS2010 you get the question to migrate them to .net4. But even if you do not do that VS set the ASP.NET version to 4 for setup projects. And then when you try to install your application on a machine that does not have .NET 4 installed you will get the error message: “Could not open key: Software\Microsoft\ASP.NET\4.0.30128.0. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel” What you need to do is to change the ASP.NET version back to 2.0 if that is what you want to use. You do that in the properties of the setup project.

But in earlier version of ASP.NET 3 MVC. We were are not having Synatx intellisense provided for asp.net mvc views  in Visual Studio 2010. So either we have to depend third party tools like Resharper or we have to manage it without intellisesnse. But with ASP.NET MVC 3 RC2 Microsoft has moved one step forward and its providing syntax intellisense without installing any third party addons in Visual Studio. Here is example of it.   I have a jquery accordion on an asp.net aspx weppage. Inside the panes, I have asp.net buttons. When I click on the button, the pane I was in, closes and reloads the page, defaulting to the first pane. I don't mind the reload, but is there a way to keep the current pane open after the reload. Right now, I am just calling accordion() on a div with the id of accordion.

  I can't seem to get the ASP.NET engine to handle ALL wildcard mapping. When I try to make a request that is supposed to be handled by the asp.net engine, i get a 404 error from the StaticFile handler Here is the content of my web.config file. • What's "Disassembly" page when i trace my ASP.NET WebApp ?

  Hi I have a ClassLibrary in my ASP.NET Web Application solution , Recently when i do some changes in that ClassLibrary and rebuilt that , That doesn't affect the solution . While debuging and tracing instead of going into method of that ClassLibrary , i face "Disassembly" page . I delete Temporary ASP.NET File's folder and Removed the class library from the solution and i added again several times ,But No difference could you help me at this please ?
