'i need TO format the KEYWORDS from the STRING' So that the html output will be like: this is a STRING WHERE some keywords ARE available. 'i need TO format the KEYWORDS from the STRING' Note that the keywords within a quoted ('...') string will be ignored. in the above example i ignored the STRING keyword within the quoted string.   I have a dictionary array with a key:@"titleLabel". I am trying to load a pickerView with ONE instance of each @"titleLabel" key so that if there are multiple objects with the same @"titleLabel" only one title will be displayed. I've done some research on this forum and looked at apples docs but haven't been able to put the puzzle together. Below is my code but I am having trouble pulling the values. Right now when I run this code it throws an error Incompatible pointer types sending 'PFObject *' to parameter of type 'NSString' which i understand but am just not sure how to remedy.   I have been chasing my tail on this! And it should be so simple!! I have an app in FaceBook that is working fine. However, I need to get the user's birth date. I am dual booting for legacy reasons, and I have a 2nd internal drive that I would like to use from both XP and 7. Should I go with the standard NTFS? (will the secuirty features be an issue, with different SIDs from the different users) Should I go with FAT32? Should I try out the new exFAT? Also, I curently have two of my 3 drives as "dynamic disks" and 1 spaned volume created on them. (i did this from XP) Win7 can see them/it fine. Is this an ok thing to do?

  I am having trouble accessing the "model_id" and "brand_id" from the foreach loop that I am using. They are the right field names, because I have echoed them successfully, and I have also "var_dumped" the array, and the IDs are there.   I am having trouble solving a particular problem in Java (which I did not find by search). I do not know how to create a nested lists of objects - with a different type of object/primitive type at the end. For example: *Note: only an example. I am actually doing this below with something other than Employee, but it serves as simple example. I have an array of an object Employee.   I have a fixed array of constant integer values about 300 items long (Set A). The goal of the algorithm is to pick two numbers (X and Y) from this array that fit several criteria based on input R. Formal requirement: Pick values X and Y from set A such that the expression X*Y/(X+Y) is as close as possible to R. That's all there is to it. I need a simple algorithm that will do that. Additional info: The Set A can be ordered or stored in any way, it will be hard coded eventually. Also, with a little bit of math, it can be shown that the best Y for a given X is the closest value in Set A to the expression X*R/(X-R). Also, X and Y will always be greater than R From this, I get a simple iterative algorithm that works ok: int minX = 100000000; int minY = 100000000; foreach X in A if(X<=R) continue; else Y=X*R/(X-R) Y=FindNearestIn(A, Y);//do search to find closest useable Y value in A if( X*Y/(X+Y) < minX*minY/(minX+minY) ) then minX = X; minY = Y; end end end I'm looking for a slightly more elegant approach than this brute force method. • Out-of-memory algorithms for addressing large arrays

  I am trying to deal with a very large dataset. I have k = ~4200 matrices (varying sizes) which must be compared combinatorially, skipping non-unique and self comparisons. Each of k(k-1)/2 comparisons produces a matrix, which must be indexed against its parents (i.e. can find out where it came from). The convenient way to do this is to (triangularly) fill a k-by-k cell array with the result of each comparison. These are ~100 X ~100 matrices, on average. Using single precision floats, it works out to 400 GB overall. I need to 1) generate the cell array or pieces of it without trying to place the whole thing in memory and 2) access its elements (and their elements) in like fashion. Currently I have the follwing config that works: index index.php; location / { index index.php index.html index.htm; } location /joomla_1/ { try_files $uri $uri/ /joomla_1/index.php?q=$uri&$args; } location /joomla_2/ { try_files $uri $uri/ /joomla_2/index.php?q=$uri&$args; } location ~ \.php$ { fastcgi_pass unix:/var/run/php5-fpm/joomla.sock; ... } I'm trying to combine joomla_N rules in one: location ~ ^/(joomla_[^/]+)/ { try_files $uri $uri/ /$1/index.php?q=$uri&$args; } but server starts to return index.php as is (does not call the php-fpm). It looks like the nginx stops the processing of the regex rules after the first match. Is there any way to combine this rules with something like regex?

• Getting directory's permissions via FTP

  I am trying to get permissions of a directory via FTP command "STAT" like this: $directory_list = ftp_raw($conn_id,'STAT '.$path); The above command lists entire directory contents , including files and subdirs. I then search the returned data array for the directory i need to check, and retrieve something like: drwxr-xr-x 3 user group 77824 May 13 10:15 Targetdir This will let me parse the drwxr-xr-x string to find out that the chmod of the Targetdir is 0755. Problem is, when the containing directory has 5000 files. A) It takes a very long time, and B) the ftp_raw function just returns empty array 1 in 10 runs. I don't know if it's timing out or what exactely is the problem. Is there are a better way to find directory's permissions ? Is there a way to limit number of retrieved fiels in "STAT" command ? I really need just the top 5 , no need for the other 4995 files. Does anyone know, why would my command NOT run 100% of the time? Why would it break ? I cannot even reproduce my error, it happens randomly.

• Problem using delete[] (Heap corruption) when implementing operator+= (C++)

  I've been trying to figure this out for hours now, and I'm at my wit's end. I would surely appreciate it if someone could tell me when I'm doing wrong. I have written a simple class to emulate basic functionality of strings. The class's members include a character pointer data (which points to a dynamically created char array) and an integer strSize (which holds the length of the string, sans terminator.) Since I'm using new and delete, I've implemented the copy constructor and destructor. My problem occurs when I try to implement the operator+=. The LHS object builds the new string correctly - I can even print it using cout - but the problem comes when I try to deallocate the data pointer in the destructor: I get a "Heap Corruption Detected after normal block" at the memory address pointed to by the data array the destructor is trying to deallocate.   I’m having trouble getting a AJAX/JSON function to work correctly. I had this function grabbing value from a drop down box but now I want to use an anchor tag to set it's value. I thought it would be easy to just use the onClick event to pass string to the function I was using for the drop down box but it doesn’t do anything. I’m stumped! • How can I increase the size of the hard disk used by my Virtual Machine Manager (VMM) vm?

  In Virtual Machine Manager admin console, I used the 'New virtual machine' wizard and created a machine from an existing template. When I got to the Configure Hardware step, I selected the primary hard disk (which is a dynamic) disk and tried to increase it's maximum size, but this control is disabled so I can't increase it. It's not big enough for my purposes. how do I increase the maximum size of the hard-disk? Thanks. Edit: I am able to add a second hard disk of a size I specify. That's not useful though as I'm trying to install some software, some of which insists on being on drive C.

  Hi, in a simple drawing application I have a model which has a NSMutableArray curvedPaths holding all the lines the user has drawn. A line itself is also a NSMutableArray, containing the point objects. As I draw curved NSBezier paths, my point array has the following structure: linePoint, controlPoint, controlPoint, linePoint, controlPoint, controlPoint, etc... I thought having one array holding all the points plus control points would be more efficient than dealing with 2 or 3 different arrays.   I just started making an application for Facebook, however I ran into problem early on. The first step I want people to do is to give permission to access their profile. All over the web are examples of how to do this with: $user_id = $facebook->require_login(); However, this is the way it works using the Old PHP API. I have downloaded and installed the new one in my application folder and it is not working anymore. My question is (and i really have been searching for an answer for a long time) what is the code to do this with the new API? It seems JBOSS is not putting this file in the App.war or doesn't deploy it??? Could someone please help me?

  I heard recently that Nginx has added caching to its reverse proxy feature. I looked around but couldn't find much info about it. I want to set up Nginx as a caching reverse proxy in front of Apache/Django: to have Nginx proxy requests for some (but not all) dynamic pages to Apache, then cache the generated pages and serve subsequent requests for those pages from cache. Ideally I'd want to invalidate cache in 2 ways: Set an expiration date on the cached item To explicitly invalidate the cached item. E.g. if my Django backend has updated certain data, I'd want to tell Nginx to invalidate the cache of the affected pages Is it possible to set Nginx to do that? How?

  I writing a webapp which uploads images to imgur directly. Since all older version of their APIs have been deprecated i am forced to use v3 of their APIs. Unfortunately I am unable to get the API to work. Can someone guide me to what I am doing wrong ? Unfortunately I am also unable to find any proper example in the documentation nor around to guide me.
