• IIS server unable to access the file path

  I have installed web application behind IIS which access the files/directory located on the another machine. Now while developing the application using the Visual Studio 2008 then Developer Web Server it provides when build the site was able to access the location. However when the site is deployed on the IIS its saying Unable to access the file because of insufficient permissions. Can some one please help regarding what could be the issue ? any idea or pointers could be helpful. Thanks,

  Hi! I've updated from 9.10 to 10.04 but unfortunately the PHP provided with 10.04 is not yet supported by zend optimizer. As far as I understand I need to somehow replace the PHP 5.3 package provided under 10.04 with an older PHP 5.2 package provided under 9.10. However I am not sure whether this is the right way to downgrade PHP and if yes, I don't know how to replace the 10.04 package with 9.10 package. Could you please help me with that?

  Is it possible to connect two servers running for example Windows Server 2003/2008 together. For example they are seen on the network as one server with the combination of all HDD from each server? Example: \\Server1 - 1 x 1tb hdd \\Server2 - 1 x 1tb hdd I would like users of the network to be able to store their documents on both servers for load balancing. So basically a RAID between the two servers? Any help would be appreciated.

  I am having problem with a user account on a Windows 7 machine (local install, admin user account) APPPATH and LOCALAPPPATH environment are not set. Another user on the same machine, (also a local account, but without admin rights) has the variables set. This started to happen recently, however, I can not figure out if there was something installed on the machine to cause this. This is creating issues with applications that are trying to expand the variables to store local files. Thank you for the help.

  Hi, For some reason since we rolled out IE7 to the estate users are unable to download from the Internet, they get an error message "the operation could not be completed due to restrictions on the computer" I have checked the GPO and it allows downloads in the Default domain policy. • Asus K55A Windows 8.1 touchpad smart gestures not working

  Took me a bit to realize that since upgrading to 8.1 my touchpad smart gestures (two finger scroll, top down swipe, left in swipe, ect) don't work. I have read up a little online but can't seem to find an answer or fix that 1) sounds trustworthy and 2) is put into language and steps that I understand.   I can not run the Terminal.app after rolling back my system from time machine. Mac OS X Version 10.6.2 It displays the following error. "Your are not authorized to run this application" "The administrator has set your shell to an illegal value" After that I have deleted the file ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist But the same message is displayed. I have repaired all system rights with the DiskUtility but that did not help.
