  The regular expression class (rxregexp.dll) that comes with ooRexx (I'm on 4.0.0) is relatively low on function compared, say, with Python's re module (even at 2.5.2). It appears to have no assertions, no facilities for group extraction, or for substitution. Greedy or lazy matching is a global pattern option, rather than flagged by an additional "?". Basically, a pre-PCRE regular expression engine. Does anyone know if anything with more up-to-date function is available?

When i hover over the main hover links (blue ones) quickly eg going horizontally quickly hovering each top menu, the submenus don't close. How do i make it so that even if i hover fast over them all other submenus are closed? Thanks

  I am trying to read the Excel Named range using OLEDB using the below code "Select * from [MyNamedRange1]" everything works fine only when the source excel sheet is not opened if it is open then i am not able to read the range names using OLEDB it simply hangs Where as i am able to execute the query "Select * from [Sheet1$]" even if the workbook is open or closed... Any work arounds for reading the range by OLEDB only i dont want to go for interop... I have too many ranges defined in the excel file

So, by gods grace every thing has gone well but when I try to update data to DB2 database through JDBC code then I am getting an SQL DB error as :: DB2 SQL error: SQLCODE: -204, SQLSTATE: 42704, SQLERRMC: DB2ADMIN.REGISTER where register is my table name and even i logged in as db2admin but i think there is no connectivity established but still its not resolved

  Is there any way to group the edit buttons displayed above the edit dialog in MediaWiki? By grouping, I mean like Word does (and even this editor) - you can add dividing lines to group them so that e.g. Bold and Italic are in one group, numbered list and bullet points in another. We've added lots of new buttons (in EditPage.php) and they are in a logical order, but at 30 buttons it is a bit overwhelming for some users.

  I remember reading a paper a long time ago that talked about object-oriented programming. I believe that this was from the early 1980s or perhaps even before then. This was at the time when object-oriented programming was still done through pre-processors, and one thing that stuck with me is this: it argued that you could write code in either procedural or object-oriented fashion, and after preprocessing/compiling, you would end up with the exact same machine code. Does anybody know which paper I'm talking about?

  Hi All, I am trying to implement ScoreNinja into one of my apps. It all seems to work, but when I submit a score it replaces the current #1 score with any that I supply, even it is lower. This means that only one score is ever displayed. Anyone got any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have e-mailed the dev but he/they haven't responded.   Is it possible to set a default behaviour for custom (non-native) methods/functions in Java? For example, I would like to change the default "Function" to do a System.out.println("message") whenever called. So, when a custom method/function is being created: public String testMethod() { //custom code } it should execute the newly added default behaviour (in this case the system output), before the custom code is run. Even if this would be a bad excercise, is it possible? Maybe by extending the function class or something?
