    Hi, I got some file sample.mt from client, and when i open info, it reveals as UNIX Executable file. But, actually when i replaced the extension with zip, i could extract the file content. And it appears to be folder. Can any one say what exactly UNIX Executable file means and how is it created. By the way, that is created in Windows OS it seems.

  • Array Sorting Question for News System

    Hello all. I'm currently stuck trying to figure out how to sort my array files. I have a simple news posting system that stores the content in seperate .dat files and then stores them in an array. I numbered the files so that my array can sort them from lowest number to greatest; however, I have run into a small problem. To begin here is some more information on my system so that you can understand it better. The function that gathers my files is: function getNewsList() { $fileList = array(); // Open the actual directory if($handle = opendir(ABSPATH . ADMIN . "data")) { // Read all file from the actual directory while($file = readdir($handle)) { if(!is_dir($file)) { $fileList[] = $file; } } } // Return the array. return $fileList; } On a seperate file is the programming that processes the news post. I didn't post that code for simplicity's sake but I will explain how the files are named. The files are numbered and the part of the post's title is used... for the numbering I get a count of the array and add "1" as an offset. I get the title of the post, encode it to make it file-name-friendly and limit the amount of text so by the end of it all I end up with: // Make the variable that names the file that will contain // the post. $filename = "00{$newnumrows}_{$snipEncode}"; When running print_r on the above function I get: Array ( [0] => 0010_Mira_mi_Soledad.dat [1] => 0011_WOah.dat [2] => 0012_Sinep.dat [3] => 0013_Living_in_Warfa.dat [4] => 0014_Hello.dat [5] => 001_AS.dat [6] => 002_ASASA.dat [7] => 003_SSASAS.dat ... [13] => 009_ASADADASADAFDAF.dat ) And this is how my content is displayed. For some reason according to the array sorting 0010 comes before 001...? Is there a way I can get my array to sort 001 before 0010?

  • AppleScript .app - How to get the Scripts folder in the .app's "Bundle"

    Hi All, I'm really new to AppleScript so this is a real basic question but I couldn't find the answer or an example in the AppleScript ref. guide. I'm making a simple script that I'll bundle as an .app file, in the AppleScript Editor I can see the .app's Bundle Contents in which I have an icon a descritpion file and a "Scripts" folder. How do I access that content from the script? And how do I access Scripts inside the "scripts folder" Thanks

  • Adding a Shadow to a NSImageView

    Sorry for the seemingly simple question. I have a NSImageView (added in interface builder) and want to add a shadow outline. I tried using the 'Image View Effects' section of the 'Inspector' but this required enabling a core animation layer. If I set it for the 'Content View' I have very strange appearance side effects. If I set it for the 'Image View' the shadow is cropped (sorry, can't resize the image view). Any ideas?

So I could probably come with something from scratch, but it would probably won't work in "all" browsers. I've done some googling, but it's difficult for me to evaluate the quality of the "free templates" advertized all over the place. So is there any web developer here that has good references or even such models/templates ?

How can I create a SQL script from the command prompt or Powershell that will let me insert the files into a simple table with the following schema: XMLDataFiles ( xmlFileName varchar(255) , content xml ) All I need is for something to generate a script with a bunch of insert statements.     I am using following directives in my htaccess to remove trailing slashs from my uris to prevent duplicate content. However these directives also remove any query string, that might be present. RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?mydomain\com$ [NC] RewriteRule ^(.+)/$ http://www.mydomain.com/$1 [R=301,L] I'd like to know how to remove a potential trailing slash from my URI, but also preserve query strings.

  • Phonegap web view thinks device screen taller than it is - results in offscreen tabbar

    I have a jQTouch application loaded via server, so all I need to do is display the webpage full screen in PhoneGap for a faux-Native app. Unfortunatley each solution I've tried in PhoneGap has an issue: it thinks the screen size is taller than it is. This resuls in the tabbar that is pinned to the bottom being permantly offscreen and there fore unusable. You should be able to recreate this with my code below and going to the iTabbar online demo. Any thoughts on how to correct this issue? For background, going to the app page in iOS safari works fine, as well as saving the page to the home screen. In both cases the webview stops at the bottom of the screen and the tabbar is therefore viewable. Also, I'm using build.phonegap.com to compile (I'm not compiling locally) I've tried two methods: load the childBrowser plugin and call up the page (with navbar hidden via options) set the following config.xml parameter to prevent phonegap from switching to Safari, and then just load the link (preferable as it's cleaner in my mind.   • What is the right way to structure HTML and CSS?

    So, I'm a script monkey at the core. Lately I seem to get stuffed into doing design too for some odd reason and, well, let's just say I should probably have studied better. Either way - What I ask is, what's the Right way to structure a website? This one has a header with links, then a block with tabs, right under another block which consists of two parts and under those a few others who I'm not at yet. However, the thing is, I need to make a block that consists of two parts that are in the same box but structured independently. I'll try to draw it up. I tried using floats, making them as tables, aligning and whatnot. The putting float:left on both tables worked. Kinda. Until I tried to resize the window. So, how do you PROPERLY structure a site like this? three divs and tables? Something else?
