  Hello, I've set up two asp.net applications on a machine, their web.config files contain the same applicationName value in AspNetSqlMembershipProvider item so they share users and roles. The problem sequence is: user logs into application A, opens new tab in a browser logs into application B, his login in application A is signed out and vice versa. Should I use different approach to sharing login information between two applications? Thanks.

The visitors won't be made aware that they are being tracked, but obviously nothing is personally identifiable. Is there anything I should be made aware of ethically or legally that makes this a bad idea?

  Are there softwares that can generate graphs that show which functions call which functions? I need to analyze JavaScript source code, a language which Doxygen/Graphviz does not support, though it does support C++ and others. If there are no tools that support JavaScript out-of-the-box, is there a way to convert JS to C++ so I can use Doxygen itself?

  Hey All. I need to do a mass 301 Redirect for all pages ending with .html for my site. I am looking to move all the old .html files to a sub-folder ir. RedirectMatch 301 (.*)\.html$ http://www.domain.com/folder/$1.html When I add this and refresh the browser I get a ton of folder/folder/folder now after the url ie domain.com/folder//folder/folder/folder..... Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks if you can help

  In 2008 Artur Carvalho asked for an Alternative IDE for Silverlight and was told to look at Visual Studio Express. Is that still the valid answer in 2010 or are there other IDEs one should consider (cost/ OS it runs on / stability)? I'm trying to get a feel for silverlight development before commiting cash. So I don't need enterprize level tools or a license to distribute .. Would MonoDevelop and Moonlight be an option?

  Hello, I'm using Telerik controls, specifically the numerical textbox where you can set a up-down arrow to increment/decrement values in a textbox. I am required to set the tab order to move to the next field but since there's a button on the up-down arrow, the browser will go through those buttons first then move to the next textbox field. How do you set the jquery to detect the next visible textbox/dropdown/etc input field and move to that on pressing the tab button instead of running through the buttons near it?

And i don't want to be one of those guys who think, ahh it's just a slight sore, and go on and discover that i have CTS and have to operate on my hands!!! So are the any good ergo habits that you follow religiously each day? Or some cool tools that would send any ergo issue to a cold hell and force it to stay there.   Nasty little bug, this one. As illustrated in Android ticket 6721, the Android browser seems to not respect z-index when absolutely positioned elements are laid over the top of <a> or <input> tags.   browser.BrowseObject(PIDLFromPath, NativeMethods.SBSP_ABSOLUTE); It works great in explorer, and for the common dialog. However, when running Office XP, it goes nuts. The view on the screen is refreshed, and shows the contents of the new folder correctly. However, the Combo Box up the top of the dialog still references the original IShellFolder object where the Context menu was initiated. How should I change this IShellFiolder object in the Combo Box?

  Hi I have a horizontal scrolling site that uses jquery to reverse the mouse axis on the scroll wheel on the mouse. This works fine on every browser apart from safari.
