• PyCharm: How to skip over closing braces / brackets / parentheses?

  This is driving me nuts. I can't get the auto-indentations to work properly unless I use the automatic closing of braces, et al (which I don't like), and I see no option allowing one to skip over/out. Eclipse has a configuration option for this, and Visual Studio doesn't auto-close everything by default, but rather formats the code block after manually entering the closing brace (which I think is perfect). Surely there's something apart from going all the way over to the "End" key?

  I have already asked a question about this, but the problems keeps on hitting me ;-) I have two tables that are identical. I want to add a xml column. In the first table this is no problem, but in the second table I get the sqlException (title). However, apart from the data in it, they are the same. So, can I get the sqlException because of data in the table? I have also tried to store the field off page with EXEC sp_tableoption 'dbo.PackageSessionNodesFinished', 'large value types out of row', 1 but without any succes. The same SqlException keeps coming.   I am building a navigation menu which lists all my categories and subcategories. The problem is it returns only one of these and not all.   I'm trying to figure out how to, using m2crypto, validate the chain of trust from a public key version of a X509 certificate back to one of a set of known root CA's when the chain may be arbitrarily long. The SSL.Context module looks promising except that I'm not doing this in the context of a SSL connection and I can't see how the information passed to load_verify_locations is used. Essentially, I'm looking for the interface that's equivalent to: openssl verify pub_key_x509_cert Is there something like that in m2crypto? Thanks.

  Hello All, I have a VS2008 ASP.NET Web Service Application running on the local IIS of my XP machine. A separate project in the same solution uses test methods to invoke the WS calls, and run their processes. When I added a web reference to the WS App, VS2008 created a Settings.settings file in the Properties folder to store the address of the web reference. This process also created a new section in the Web.config file called applicationSettings to store the values from Settings.settings When my application attempts to retrieve configuration values from the appSettings section of the Web.config file, via ConfigurationManager.AppSettings[key], all values are null and AppSettings.AllKeys.Length is always zero. I even reverted the Web.config file to before the web reference was added, and made sure it was exactly the same as a system-generated web.config file for a new project that works fine. After comparing the reverted Web.config and a new Web.config, I addded one simple value in the appSettings section, and still no luck with ConfigurationManager.AppSettings[key].   All, I have been asked to evaluate the Android platform for our product and I am looking at various options, I am only just scratching the surface just now and the one thing that is bothering me is that I cannot see how to compile code as straight ARM code (no Thumb), I know that Thumb runs slower and we will need the performance in key sections of our code. I think it should just be setting the -march flag in the LOCAL_CFLAGS of the Android.mk file, but I cannot get that to work... Can anyone help. Russell

  Hello. I'm trying to use httplib's HTTPSConnection for client validation, using a PKCS #12 certificate. I know the certificate is good, as I can connect to the server using it in MSIE and Firefox. Here's my connect function (the certificate includes the private key). I've pared it down to just the basics: def connect(self, cert_file, host, usrname, passwd): self.cert_file = cert_file self.host = host self.conn = httplib.HTTPSConnection(host=self.host, port=self.port, key_file=cert_file, cert_file=cert_file) self.conn.putrequest('GET', 'pathnet/,DanaInfo=200.222.1.1+') self.conn.endheaders() retCreateCon = self.conn.getresponse() if is_verbose: print "Create HTTPS connection, " + retCreateCon.read() (Note: No comments on the hard-coded path, please - I'm trying to get this to work first; I'll make it pretty afterwards. The hard-coded path is correct, as I connect to it in MSIE and Firefox. I changed the IP address for the post.) When I try to run this using a PKCS#12 certificate (a .pfx file), I get back what appears to be an openSSL error. For kicks, I converted the PKCS#12 cert to a PEM cert, and ran the same code using that. In that case, I received no error, I was prompted to enter the PEM pass phrase, and the code did attempt to reach the server. (I received the response "The service is not available. Please try again later.", but I believe that would be because the server does not accept the PEM cert. I can't connect in Firefox to the server using the PEM cert either.) Is httplib's HTTPSConnection supposed to support PCKS#12 certificates? (That is, pfx files.) If so, why does it look like openSSL is trying to load it inside the PEM lib? Am I doing this all wrong? Any advice is welcome. EDIT: The certificate file contains both the certificate and the private key, which is why I'm providing the same file name for both the HTTPSConnection's key_file and cert_file parameters.

  I was serving html referencing svg files in Cassini, and having problems since the mime type was not being sent properly. I ended up writing my own port of Cassini that set the extension based on mime type. After a good night of sleep I realized that there might be some sort of registry key or config file where I can configure custom mime types for SimpleWorkerRequest, the .NET class that serves content through Casinni. However, I don't know what that is.

  I am using unity as my IoC container. I am trying to implement a type of IProviderRepository. The concrete implementation has a constructor that accepts a type of IRepository. When I remove the constructor parameter from the concrete implementation everything works fine. I am sure the container is wired correctly. When I try to create the concrete object with the constructor I receive the following error: "The current build operation (build key Build Key[EMRGen.Infrastructure.Data.IRepository1[EMRGen.Model.Provider.Provider], null]) failed: The current type, EMRGen.Infrastructure.Data.IRepository1[EMRGen.Model.Provider.Provider], is an interface and cannot be constructed. Are you missing a type mapping? (Strategy type BuildPlanStrategy, index 3)". Is it possible to achieve the above mention functionality with Unity? Namely have Unity infer a concrete type from the Interface and also inject the constructor of the concrete type with the appropriate concrete object based on constructor parameters. Below is sample of my types defined in Unity and a skeleton class listing for what I want to achieve.
