  I've looked around for an answer to this, no luck. what i want to do is replace: http://localhost/mysite/admin/something with: http://localhost/mysite/admin/?p=something Here's the best formula I came up with since yesterday: RewriteEngine On RewriteBase /mysite/ RewriteRule ^(superv/)([^\?/]+)$ $1\?p=$2 [NC] Yet it's not working. Note: It think the "RewriteBase" thingy has nothing to do with the problem because this line is working like a charm: RewriteRule ^(javascripts/main\.js)$ $1\.php [NC] Any ideas? thanks in advance.

  I get a St9bad_alloc error which I'm unable to debug. I tried reducing the size of the data structure to eliminate the possibility that I might be running out of memory but that doesn't seem to be the case. These are the relevant files:- gdb backtrace: http://pastebin.com/5hFhHXnL TraceCache.cc: http://pastebin.com/j8vK812j I can't understand how, in the backtrace it jumps from TraceCache.cc:55 to TraceCache.cc:34 whereas in my code I can't see any such path. I have the parent's height explicitly set, but I can't get #main-sub-content 's height to 100%. It looks more or less okay in all browser, but the problem is, if a resize the window to a smaller size, sometimes the layout of the subnavigation layer is destroyed. Instead of getting smaller, all the elements are ordered more or less randomly. Any hints why?

If you view it in Firefox you will notice there is no padding on the 2 right boxes (I did that on purpose to trouble shoot my problem) However if you view that same page in IE, it adds padding to the right side.
