    I have a simple two vector dataframe (length=30) that looks something like this: > mDF Param1 w.IL.L 1 AuZgFw 0.5 2 AuZfFw 2 3 AuZgVw 74.3 4 AuZfVw 20.52 5 AuTgIL 80.9 6 AuTfIL 193.3 7 AuCgFL 0.2 8 ... I'd like to use each of the rows to form 30 single value numeric vectors with the name of the vector taken from mDF$Param1, so that: > AuZgFw [1] 0.5 etc I've tried melting and casting, but I suspect there may be an easier way??     Having a nightmare at the moment and just can't see why it isn't working I have a value in the form H:i (ie 10:00, 13:30) etc called $time What I want to do is create two new values, $startTime which is 30 mins before $time and $endTime which is 30 mins after $time I have tried the following but just doesn't seem to want to work $startTime = date("H:i",strtotime('-30 minutes',$time)); $endTime = date("H:i",strtotime('+30 minutes',$time)); If I pass through 10:00 as $time and echo out both $startTime and $endTime I get: $startTime = 00:30 $startTime = 01:30

    Is there a more efficient way than using numpy.asarray() to generate an array from output in the form of a list? This appears to be copying everything in memory, which doesn't seem like it would be that efficient with very large arrays.   • Dynamically Populate Listbox - Exclude Empty cells

    I am creating a form in excel (not a userform) and I am populating the listbox using cells. However, these cells are sometimes A1:10 and sometimes they are A1:A4. Is there a way to dynamically change what is shown in the listbox? Right now, when I use A1:10 and there are only 4 cells populated, I get the list of 4 populated cells followed by 6 blank entries. I'd like to get rid of the 6 blanks when there are only 4.
