In all my previous jobs, there was a real geek who was brilliant at coding/analyzing/lead, but the others were just 'average' programmers.   • Does anyone know of a spell check library that underlines text?

    Does anyone know of a C# spell check library that would underline misspelled works in a windows form text box? In the past, I've used NetSpell and works great if users use the dialog box. I'm thinking I might be able to automatically call the spell check while text is being updated and underline the text. Anyone have any good ideas on what would be the best way to go about doing it?

    I'm new to MVC and ADO.net Entity Framework. Instead of having to create an edit/display for each entity, I'd like to have the controller base class generate the view and validation code based off metadata stored in a table - something along those lines. I would imagine something like this has already been done, or there are good reasons for not doing it. Any insight or suggestions are appreciated.

I've gotten the impression that Python is good for this kind of stuff. but is this feasible to do? how would one go about implementing something like this? also, assume that the site does not let you visit something like www.mysampleurl.com/files/

    I have tried .NET Reactor but it seems to break our complex application even with the most simple option (just rename method name). Also, it does not provide any option to filter method names by Regex like DotFuscator. DotFuscator is very good but it is too expensive. I have heard about Xeno code and other tools.   • UIScrollView map with pins that stay at a fixed size?

    Hi, In my app, I have a ScrollView that shows a map(just a jpeg). On top of the ScrollView, I added some pins(UIImageView) So far so good. But when I zoom in, the pins also get larger. I would like the pins to stay at a fixed size, just like the pins on the google map application on the iPhone. How do I solve this? Thanks!

    I have this months array: ["January", "March", "December" , "October" ] And I want to have it sorted like this: ["January", "March", "October", "December" ] I'm currently thinking in a "if/else" horrible cascade but I wonder if there is some other way to do this.
