    I'm wondering whether it's possible to use JavaScript to intercept or prevent the user from using the browser's "Find" feature to find text on the page. (Trust me, I have a good reason!) I'm guessing the answer is "no," beyond the obvious intercepting Cmd/Ctrl+F. A second-best solution would be to intercept the text highlighting that the browser performs during a Find. Is there any way to do this, in any browser?

When I select a node I want to dynamically build Accordion Items based on Properties from DataContext of selected node. Selecting nodes works fine, and when I use this sample code for testing it works also.   • What is the right way to structure HTML and CSS?

    So, I'm a script monkey at the core. Lately I seem to get stuffed into doing design too for some odd reason and, well, let's just say I should probably have studied better. Either way - What I ask is, what's the Right way to structure a website? This one has a header with links, then a block with tabs, right under another block which consists of two parts and under those a few others who I'm not at yet. However, the thing is, I need to make a block that consists of two parts that are in the same box but structured independently. I'll try to draw it up. I tried using floats, making them as tables, aligning and whatnot. The putting float:left on both tables worked. Kinda. Until I tried to resize the window. So, how do you PROPERLY structure a site like this? three divs and tables? Something else?     I'm a bit new to the C#-form app developing and I want know, what's the best way around at making a control that holds a list of horizontal items. In which each of these items are horizontally ruled to it's parent control, contain a thumbnail to the left and a large text block to the right of image and a smaller text block underneath that. So basically this isn't a predefined control I can find in the toolbox. Any ideas?

  • Flex: convert VideoPlayer.currentTime to string "00:00:00:000"

Here's the way I defined a very long string in my class: @Lob private String body; However, this produces a field of type charactervarying(255) in the database. Furthermore, I've tried to use @Column annotation: @Column(columnDefinition="TEXT") private String body; But everything in vain. I would be gratefull for a helpfull comment on this problem.

    IE does not work good with unknown elements (ie. HTML5 elements), one cannot style them , or access most of their props. Their are numerous work arounds for this for example: http://remysharp.com/2009/01/07/html5-enabling-script/ The problem is that this works great for static HTML that was available on page load, but when one creates HTML5 elements afterward (for example AJAX call containing them, or simply creating with JS), it will mark these newly added elements them as HTMLUnknownElement as supposed to HTMLGenericElement (in IE debugger). Does anybody know a work around for that, so that newly added elements will be recognized/enabled by IE?
