• Browsing to Subversion repository location indicated in Apache conf file

  I have Subversion 1.6.6 and Apache 2.2.14 installed and working. I have made the following changes to the Apache httpd.conf file: #Uncommented by me for Subversion installation LoadModule dav_module modules/mod_dav.so LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so #Added by me for subversion installation LoadModule dav_svn_module modules/mod_dav_svn.so LoadModule authz_svn_module modules/mod_authz_svn.so < Location /svn DAV svn SVNPath C:\Users\RED\Repositories < /Location ...When I navigate to localhost Apache is working properly, but if I try to go to localhost/svn the browser just hangs waiting for a response from the server. What is supposed to happen here? Does it have to do with the fact that I'm behind a wireless router on a dynamic IP address (although I can access localhost no problem so...)? As you can see I'm on windows (Vista)

• File not found error on User control on production

  I made 2 usercontrols for sharepoint 2007 site. Everything is working fine on test server. I deployed it on production but only 1 got deployed and placed properly. The second user control is added n deployed to web part galleries but gives File not found error when i add it on web part page. I deployed it using WSP. yet it gives this error. I checked logs it did not show anything. I have no idea what to do. please help.   I've encoded my form data into JSON.   I have an array of objects that looks like this: [{ name: 'test', size: 0, type: 'directory', path: '/storage/test' }, { name: 'asdf', size: 170, type: 'directory', path: '/storage/test/asdf' }, { name: '2.txt', size: 0, type: 'file', path: '/storage/test/asdf/2.txt' }] There could be any number of arbitrary path's, this is the result of iterating through files and folders within a directory. What I'm trying to do is determine the 'root' node of these. Ultimately, this will be stored in mongodb and use materialized path to determine it's relationships. In this example, /storage/test is a root with no parent. /storage/test/asdf has the parent of /storage/test which is the parent to /storage/test/asdf/2.txt. My question is, how would you go about iterating through this array, to determine the parent's and associated children? Any help in the right direction would be great! Thank you

But if I do the same thing in a class library project, I am getting a null value. Why? Where I am making mistake? I have added the proper reference System.Configuration. I am using C# 3.0

• Information stored in a cookie file

  Thanks for you help in advance. I am trying to figure out the structure of the cookie file, more specifically i want to be able to determine the expiry time. From the cookies i have created they all appear to be in a standard format. Name, Value, website,followed by 5 numbers and a star. See example below. name value www.website.co.uk/ 1536 3041141504 30135951 1632526096 30135949 * Obviously the expiry time is one of the numbers, the question is which one. From experiments I have determined that the first and fifth number don't seem to change. In a case where i generated three cookies at the same time with a 1000 second time difference i noticed that the fourth number appeared to increase by 2000 suggesting that this has a connection with the expiry time. Can anyone confirm if i am heading in the right direction? And does any one know how i convert this to a human time and date(preferably in php but any language would give me a starting point) thanks Jason

  For instance, I needed to remove column 25 and replace it with a copy of column 22 in a simple csv file with no embedded delimiters. The best I could come up with was the awkward looking: awk -F, '{ for(x=1;x<25;x++){printf("%s,", $x)};printf("%s,",$22);for(x=26;x<59;x++){printf ("%s,", $x)};print $59}' I would expect something like cut -d, -f1-24,23,26-59 to work but cut doesn't seem to want to print the same column two times... Is there a more elegant way to do it using anything typicaly available in a linux shell environment?

• Importing data from a text file using python

  I have a text file containing data in rows and columns (~17000 rows in total). Each column is a uniform number of characters long, with the 'unused' characters filled in by spaces. For example, the first column is 11 characters long, but the last four characters in that column are always spaces (so that it appears to be a nice column when viewed with a text editor). Sometimes it's more than four if the entry is less than 7 characters. The columns are not otherwise separated by commas, tabs, or spaces. They are also not all the same number of characters (the first two are 11, the next two are 8 and the last one is 5 - but again, some are spaces). What I want to do is import the entires (which are numbers) in the last two columns if the second column contains the string 'OW' somewhere in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hi, Is it possible to paqckage multiple rpms into one file. I have got two bundles one of which requires that the other be installed. I would like to create a single installable out of them in such a way that this installer will first invoke pkg 1 and then install pkg 2. Is this possible? What about deb packages? Sorry if it a basic question. I have not worked with installers on Linux before. I have created Windows installers. There you can create two merge modules (.msm) and package them into a standalone installer (.msi) and specify the order of execution. I am looking for similar functionality on Linux.

• Repairing broken XML file - removing extra less-than/greater-than signs

  I have a large XML file which in the middle contains the following: <ArticleName>Article 1 <START </ArticleName> Obviously libxml and other XML libraries can't read this because the less-than sign opens a new tag which is never closed. My question is, is there anything I can do to fix issues like this automatically (preferably in Ruby)? The solution should of course work for any field which has an error like this. Someone said SAX parsing could do the trick but I'm not sure how that would work.

  I want to rewrite URLs so when a user goes to; http://www.example.com/applications/newWeb/www/index.php?page=48&thiscontent=2660&date=2013-10-11&pubType=0&PublishTime=09:30:00&from=home&tabOption=1 and if the URL contains thiscontent=2660 (which in this example above, it does) I want to redirect them to; http://www.example.come/index.php/publications/finance-and-economics/departmental-resources I have about 30 different thiscontent=XXXX types and imagine I’ll have to copy and edit this rule 30 different times for any links to my old website still knocking around out there. I have access to my httpd.conf file but have never done a mod_rewrite before. I also don't really need these showing up in the error logs as 301s. Will that happen? Because at the moment there are hundreds!

• NullPointerException when accessing image files in a .jar file

  Hi, I have pretty much tried everything but still have this same problem. I have the following setup: I have a images.jar containing a folder called 'images' in which there are multiple image files. I add images.jar to the java build path of the project in eclipse, and i've been trying to use the following code to access the individual images in the jar: URL url = this.getClass().getResource("images/a.png"); ImageIcon icon = new ImageIcon (url); Unfortunately, the URL object is always NULL. I don't think this has anything to do with where I put images.jar file as it is added to the classpath in eclipse. I have also tried using the path '/images/a.png', but still the same problem. Any suggestion would be extremely welcome! Thanks.

• Calling a function in a JavaScript file with Selenium IDE

  So, I'm running these Selenium IDE tests against a site I'm working on. Everything about the tests themselves is running fine, except I would like to do a bit of clean-up once I'm done. In my MVC3 Razor based site, I have a JavaScript file with a function that gets a JsonResult from a Controller of mine. That Controller handles the database clean-up that Selenium IDE otherwise couldn't handle. However, I'm having a hard time finding any sort of documentation on how to do this. I know I can do JavaScript{ myJavascriptGoesHere } as one of the Values for a line in the test, but I can't seem to find a way to tell it to go find my clean-up function. Is it even possible for Selenium IDE to do this sort of thing? If it comes down to it, I can just make a separate View to handle the clean-up, but I'd really like to avoid that if possible. Thanks!
