    hi , When I'm running the report I'm getting that message above. The Report Works fine when I press the "Run Report" Button but I want also to avoid that annoying message that appears when the page loads. I've tried to set the report viewer control to Enable = false; and only after hitting the button to Enable = true; but it didn't work.

    Hello, In my iPhone application, I need to calculate the time difference between the time a message was created on the server, and the time my phone received it. The server (Java) puts in a number returned by System.currentTimeMillis() as metadata along with the message. How do I compare this number with the current time on the device?     I'm trying the following request to access the bucket by using curl, via the public API: curl -X POST -H 'Content-Type: image/jpeg' -d @xxx.jpeg 'https://www.googleapis.com/upload/storage/v1/b/clips.eyecam.com/o?uploadType=media&name=x.jpeg&key=XXX' With XXX being the generated key in the Public API. However I'm getting an authorization failure: { "error": { "errors": [ { "domain": "global", "reason": "required", "message": "Login Required", "locationType": "header", "location": "Authorization" } ], "code": 401, "message": "Login Required" } } Seems the request is incorrect and does not pass the authorization key, any idea what would be the right form of the request?

After a minute my client gets a JIT TimeoutException however at the same time my MessageBox message appears. So obviously not only is my command being sent immediately, my callback is being correctly called. So why am I getting a timeout exception? Note: Even removing the MessageBox call, I still have this issue, so it's not an issue of the GUI blocking the callback response.

  • VBScript Can not Select XML nodes

    I am trying to Select nodes from some webservice response XML to no avail. For some reason I am able to select the root node ("xmldata") however, when I try to drill deeper("xmldata/customers") everything is returned empty!   • Marionette js itemview not defined: then on browser refresh it is defined and all works well - race condition?

    Yeah it's just the initial browser load or two after a cache clear. Subsequent refreshes clear the problem up. I'm thinking the item views just aren't fully constructed in time to be used in the collection views on the first load. But then they are on a refresh? Don't know. There must be something about the code sequence or loading or the load time itself. Not sure. I'm loading via require.js. Have two collections - users and messages. Each renders in its own list view. Each works, just not the first time or two the browser loads. The first time you load after clearing browser cache the console reports, for instance: "Uncaught ReferenceError: MessageItemView is not defined" A simple browser refresh clears it up. Same goes for the user collection. It's collection view says it doesn't know anything about its item view. But a simple browser refresh and all is well. My views (item and collection) are in separate files. Is that the problem? For instance, here is my message collection view in its own file: messagelistview.js var MessageListView = Marionette.CollectionView.extend({ itemView: MessageItemView, el: $("#messages") }); And the message item view is in a separate file: messageview.js var MessageItemView = Marionette.ItemView.extend({ tagName: "div", template: Handlebars.compile( '<div>{{fromUserName}}:</div>' + '<div>{{message}}</div>' + ) }); Then in my main module file, which references each of those files, the collection view is constructed and displayed: main.js //Define a model MessageModel = Backbone.Model.extend(); //Make an instance of MessageItemView - code in separate file, messagelistview.js MessageView = new MessageItemView(); //Define a message collection var MessageCollection = Backbone.Collection.extend({ model: MessageModel }); //Make an instance of MessageCollection var collMessages = new MessageCollection(); //Make an instance of a MessageListView - code in separate file, messagelistview.js var messageListView = new MessageListView({ collection: collMessages }); App.messageListRegion.show(messageListView); Do I just have things sequenced wrong? Once I read an MSDN article that encouraged the following programming paradigm: public class MyClass { public void Method1() { NewCustomException(); } public void Method2() { NewCustomException(); } void NewCustomException() { throw new CustomException("Exception message"); } } Do you think this paradigm makes sense? Wouldn't it be enough to store the exception message in a static const field and then pass it to the exception's constructor, instead of encapsulating the whole exception throw?

    Hi, I'm working on an embedded system, and i'm having dramas getting it to send a certain chunk of data across the serial port. I narrowed it down and found that if a 0x9B is present in the message, it corrupts the message. So i then look up 0x9b (155) on http://www.asciitable.com/, and it's missing! Isn't that a bizarre coincidence! Any ideas, is this a special character or something?

    I have an app that processes images and use jQuery to display progress to the user. I done this with writing to a textfile each time and image is processed and than read this status with a setInterval. Because no images are actually written in the processing (I do it in PHP's memory) I thought a log.txt would be a solution, but I am not sure about all the fopen and fread's. Is this prone to issues? I tried also with PHP sessions, but can't seem to get it to work, I don't get why..
