Extracting comment url from wordpress function

Hi everyone. I'm developing some ajax script and using wordpress and my question is: is there a way to extract a comment url from a wordpress function somehow? The function I'm using in the loop looks like that: <?php comments_popup_link('Discuss »', '1 Comment »', '% Comments »'); ?> <?php edit_post_link('Edit', '| ', ''); ?> And the HTML output of that looks like this: <a href="http://www.somepage.com/staging/2010/06/15/sadfasfregw/#respond" title="Comment on sadfasfregw"><span class="dsq-postid-17546">View Comments</span></a>| <a class="post-edit-link" href="http://www.factmag.com/staging/wp-admin/post.php?action=edit&post=17546" title="Edit post">Edit</a> However, I'm only interested in src (http://www.somepage.com/staging/2010/06/15/sadfasfregw/#respond). Windows Media Player on top other DIV

I have an embed window media player which is always on top of other DIV tags. I used wmode = opaque; WindowlessVideo = -1 but it does not help. PHP - dynamic page via subdomain

Hi, im creating profile pages based on a subdomains using the wildcard DNS setting. I think its because when using header("location: http://www.domainname.co.uk"); it still puts the sub domain infront i.e. ; header("location: http://www.sub.domainname.co.uk"); Does anyone know how to sort this and/or what is the problem. Hi, In my program, I have a list of "server address" in the following format: host[:port] The brackets here, indicate that the port is optional. host can be a hostname, an IPv4 or IPv6 address. port, if present can be a numeric port number or a service string (like: "http" or "ssh"). If port is present and host is an IPv6 address, host must be in "bracket-enclosed" notation (Example: [::1]) Here are some valid examples: localhost localhost:11211 127.0.0.1:http [::1]:11211 ::1 [::1] And an invalid example: ::1:80 // Invalid: Is this the IPv6 address ::1:80 and a default port, or the IPv6 address ::1 and the port 80 ? ::1:http // This is not ambigous, but for simplicity sake, let's consider this is forbidden as well. My goal is to separate such entries in two parts (obviously host and port). I don't care if either the host or port are invalid as long as they don't contain a : (290.234.34.34.5 is ok for host, it will be rejected in the next process); I just want to separate the two parts, or if there is no port part, to know it somehow. I tried to do something with std::stringstream but everything I come up to seems hacky and not really elegant. How would you do this in C++ ? I don't mind answers in C but C++ is prefered. JSDoc with AngularJS

Currently within my Project we are using JSDoc, we have recently started to implement Angular and I want to continue using JSDoc to ensure that all the documentation is within the same place. I have taken a look at people mainly just saying to use ngDoc but this isn't really a viable option as we will always have separate JavaScript and I ideally would have everything together. /** * @author Example <[email protected]> * @copyright 2014 Example Ltd. Calling web service from seems to hang

I am trying to call an asmx web service from an Android app. Just literally started some Android development today. I've been following various solutions I have found on the net and on here and it seems it is more difficult than anticipated. I have tried various solutions and using KSoap2 seems to be the easiest way to implement this, well it would be if I could get it working. Some sonatype nexus questions.

I deployed a sonatype nexus server inside my LAN , mapping some remote repositories to my public repositories : First question is , why these repositories not sync with the "real" repositories ? For example , I mapped maven central (http://repo1.maven.org/maven2) to "central" , but when I browse http://smallufo:8081/nexus/content/repositories/central/org/springframework/ , the packages are not complete , in http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/springframework/ , there are tons of artifacts , but I only have some of them : And versions are old ... ex : spring-core is only 2.5.6.SEC01 , but the latest version is 3.0.2.RELEASE. And my maven client seems can only find the old artifacts ... "central" is a proxy directory , it should be the same with the remote server. I tried to "Expire Cache" , "ReIndex" , "Incremental ReIndex" the whole "central" : After a long time with almost 100% java process load , the situation seems not better , just add some artifacts ... not reflecting the real "Maven Central" data... Second question , what's difference with "Expire Cache" , "ReIndex" , "Incremental ReIndex" ? Even I can "search" spring-core.3.0.2.RELEASE , my m2eclipse still cannot find it : I can also see the spring-core-3.0.2.RELEASE in the "index" , (but not available in "storage") : But why m2eclipse cannot make use of it ? it seems m2eclipse can only install artifacts in the storage , if this is how nexus works , how do I "force" download spring-core-3.0.2.RELEASE to nexus's storage ? How do I solve these strange incompatibilities ? Thanks a lot !

If i amend this line: $twitterHost = "http://twitter.com/favorites.xml"; And change it to: $twitterHost = "http://twitter.com/favorites.xml?page=2"; I can get the next set of 20 favorites. There doesnt appear to be anyway, using the Twitter API, to find out how many pages of favorites there are. As such can anyone suggest the best way to get all favorites? Or if this is not possible, get all the Tweets for a date range?

Initializing Disqus comments in hidden element causes issue in FF 14.0.1

This issue appears only in Firefox 14.0.1 (well I couldn't reproduce it in any other browser). If you put the code for Disqus comments inside an element that is hidden and wait until everything is fully loaded and then display the element using JavaScript, the comment box nor comments will show up. However if you resize the window, it'll show up immediately. It's working fine in latest version of Google Chrome and Safari though. What's causing this and how to fix it? Is it possible to pull a webpage or content from the web into a widget on the android home screen

Hi there. I have a php web page that will randomize an image that is 158x154. I was able to get the android application to work, but would also like to get it to work as a widget. How the heck can I get a widget to pull information from the net? I got the widget to work and layout correctly with a black sample image. I have tried to look at the wiki sample, but it is a bit too complicated for my little brain to grasp. Images in IFRAME no longer showing after I log out of Flickr?

I have a iframe window which displays user's flickr images. I use the flickr.photos.search api to download the user's image from flickr. This works great when the user is logged into flickr. But when I explicitly log off the user from flickr and the yahoo network and then attempt to download the flickr images, I get redirected to www.yahoo.com in a full browser window (not in my iframe). If I remember correctly, I did not have this issue when I was not using iframes and I was being redirected to the yahoo login screen. Any suggestions? To elaborate, this URI - http://www.flickr.com/services/api/auth.howto.web.html, lists the below step - Create an auth handler When users follow your login url, they are directed to a page on flickr.com which asks them if they want to authorize your application. This page displays your application title and description along with the logo, if you uploaded one. When the user accepts the request, they are sent back to the Callback URL you defined in step 2. The URL will have a frob parameter added to it. For example, if your Callback URL was http://test.com/auth.php then the user might be redirected to http://test.com/auth.php?frob=185-837403740 (The frob value in this example is '185-837403740'). This does not happen when I am in my iframe window but it does happen in my full browser window.

IIS to SQL Server kerberos auth issues

We have a 3rd party product that allows some of our users to manipulate data in a database (on what we'll call SvrSQL) via a website on a separate server (SvrWeb). On SvrWeb, we have a specific, non-default website setup for this application so instead of going to http://SvrWeb.company.com to get to the website we use http://application.company.com which resolves to SvrWeb and the host headers resolve to the correct website. There is also a specific application pool set up for this site which uses an Active Directory account identity we'll call "company\SrvWeb_iis". We're setup to allow delegation on this account and to allow it to impersonate another login which we want it to do. (we want this account to pass along the AD credentials of the person signed into the website to SQL Server instead of a service account. We also set up the SPNs for the SrvWeb_iis account via the following command: setspn -A HTTP/SrvWeb.company.com SrvWeb_iis The website pulls up, but the section of the website that makes the call to the database returns the message: Cannot execute database query. Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. I thought we had the SPN information set up correctly, but when I check the security event log on SrvWeb I see entries of my logging in, but it seems to be using NTLM and not kerberos: Logon Type: 3 Logon Process: NtLmSsp Authentication Package: NTLM Any ideas or articles that cover this setup in detail would be extremely appreciated! If it helps, we are using SQL Server 2005, and both the web and SQL servers are Windows 2003.

Positioning Javascript Tag on HTML Page

Resumable Upload in Ruby on Rails

Hi, I have been searching for a way for resumable file upload in RoR. In conclusion, I found out other than Java Applet no client-side-and-cross-platform agent can access the file system in such a way that to request the file from the position where the upload got terminated (due to any reason) with some exceptions like http://github.com/taf2/resume-up/tree/master (built in native Ruby, but requires google gears which is not "reliable" yet when it comes to cross platform almost same story as of ActiveX!) Since the only reliable option left is java applet, is there any good tutorial/forum/documentation for those paid java applets, such as "thin slice upload" etc. to make it work with rails application. I have found one http : // github . com / dassi / mediaclue , its a non-multi-ligual-German-Application in which they used jumploader. But in that application, I am unable to see resumable functionality. Scratching my head against their documentation, i found out http : // jumploader.com / doc_resume.html It tells that jumploader has resume functionality in Cross session resume, the one i am looking for (if the user close the browser the new session gets hold on uncompleted uploaded files from the old session against the user id). But I cant find any example on their demos page which actually pause/RESUME functionality in a continuous manner! Is it even possible to achieve that kind of resumable functionality. Please tell me about any options/example/demos preferable deployed in rails. I shall be very much obliged. ~ Thanks

Coordinate system problem with the grid control

In my WPF application im trying to visualize some temperature data. I have a list of temperatures for the 7 past days and want to make a point to point line diagram. My problem is with the different koordinatesystems and adjusting data to the grid. XAML: <Grid Height="167" HorizontalAlignment="Left" Margin="6,6,0,0" Name="grid1" VerticalAlignment="Bottom" Width="455" /> C# (draft): http://pastebin.com/6UWkMFj1 scale is a global variable that changes with a slider (1-10). How to i correct my application so the line always is centered? As it is now it starts out centeded but if i crank up the slider to 3-4 the line goes up and above the applicationwindow. I also would like to use the full height of the grid window not just a small piece like images below: http://img32.imageshack.us/i/002wtvu.jpg/ http://img691.imageshack.us/i/001tqco.jpg/ As you can see i have worked out my data so day 1 with temperature 62 F is lower then day 2 with temperature of 76 F but i have scaling issues and placementissues... could somebody straighten out my math? :-)
