• Tomcat V6.0 and eclipse issue

  when i start tomcat from eclipse v3.3.1.1 it start but then if i try to access a web application from a browser it does not detect that the server is started...i need to stop the server from eclipse and then restart it by running start.bat and then the web app works fine...can any one tell me why is this happening ..?

It should be possible to created on flash, silverlight, ajax etc. And should be change parameters easyly via javascript or sth. • jQuery slideToggle - when div is toggled it pushes content out of viewable area (IE)

  This is an annoying ocurrance in IE when I use the jQuery slideToggle effect. Without the div being open, page looks normal. The minute I toggle the div open, it extends past the current content, overtop of the footer, and out of the viewable browser area (Even after scrolling all the way down). This feature seems to work just fine in firefox. Do I need an additional hack or CSS to make it work in IE8?

• DBConcurrencyException happening on second delete

  My code keeps throwing a DBConcurrencyException ("Concurrency violation: the DeleteCommand affected 0 of the expected 1 records.) when I make a second update to the data table. The problem actually happens on a table that is linked to a parent table. The two tables, CashReceipts and CashReceiptsApplyTo are displayed on the same winform, and when I delete two cash receipts the update on cash receipt apply to's table fails with the dbconcurrencyexception (the table is updated everytime the binding source [linked to a binding navigator] changes position). • CSS: Is it possible to use only a set part of an image as a background filler?

  I have background image for a site header with fixed width. Now I am trying to convert it to a stretching layout. Is it possible (in CSS2) to take 1px wide portion from the middle of that header image and make a filler out of it? Otherwise I would need to manually cut 1px wide portion of an image, save it as a separated image, and use it with repeat-x.

  What I am trying to accomplish: 10 percent increase scale transformation of a rectangle via Silverlight storyboard animation. What I currently doing: While in Expression Blend 3, I created a rectangle, created a storyboard, and created the scale transformation. The preview looked correct because the increase in scale begins in the middle of the object. When I run the project the scale transformation begins at the top left. Is there some piece of code missing?
