    any better way to write this ? $(this).parent().parent().find(" dd ul").toggle(); update.. I am trying to create a dropdown using the script here http://www.jankoatwarpspeed.com/post/2009/07/28/reinventing-drop-down-with-css-jquery.aspx however the script works only for one instance of list and my code works good for multiple instances. Just curious if there is another better way to get parent of a parent in jQuery

    Hi everybody, i'm developing a webapp for iphone/ipod and using the client's side database. I want my webapp to work mainly offline and allow users to fill the database and at a certain point i'd like to send my database to a server to process and store all the informations. The problem is i can't find a proper way to send my tables to a server in order to fill its database with the one sent from the iphone. Does anyone has a clue ?

It happens that if I use group(), Zend_Db_Select method, it excludes some entries and I need them all. But some other users have only currently datareader and datawriter rights ,and when they execute any SP referring the logic which uses the key and certificate "User does has not right on the certificate to execute".     im making an image button like this: <input type="image" src="red.jpeg" width="150px"> but it is displaying the original image size which is much larger, if i put: <img src="red.jpeg" width="150px"> it displays the image 150px wide as i want, what do you guys think is the problem with this? I have tried styling it with a class and CSS but not working either, please help me with this, im going nuts!!

    I have this query (which I removed some keys from for brevity's sake): SELECT id as in_id, out_id, recipient, sender, read_flag FROM received WHERE recipient=1 UNION ALL SELECT in_id, id AS out_id, recipient, sender, read_flag FROM sent WHERE sender=1 Which combines the results from two tables showing messages sent and received by a given user. What I'd like to do is add a column/flag to the result to distinguish which table the row belongs to so when I display them I can show a relevant icon for sent or received messages. How would I add this?
