• Sharepoint web part stops working because of Resources.en-US.resx file

  I've been developing a Sharepoint web part, which had been working fine upon deployment. The web part has been developed with WSP Builder, packaged up and then deployed via stsadm. The web part has been deployed tens, if not a hundred times to the dev box with no problems. Now, the web part throws an error which breaks the page it's on: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I'm used to using the system.net/mailSettings approach, but as I understand it, that only allows one SMTP connection definition at a time, used by SmtpClient(). However, I need more of a connectionStrings-like approach, where I can pull a set of settings based on a key/name. Any recommendations? I'm open to skipping the tradintional SmtpClient/mailSettings approach, and I think will have to...

  Hi, I'm developing an application on GlassFish v3 which uses Suns-RI of JavaEE6 and JSF2.0, etc. And the bad thing is, that no changes/switches away from Suns RI can be made (to use MyFaces or something like that). Now, the problem is, that I want to build HtmlDatatable by hand ( in Java code). The datatable should represent a java.util.Map where the first column should display the key and the second the values of the map. I've build successfully a PanelGrid from a java.util.List and used every time the "setExpressionValue" methods of UIComponent to bind the UI to the underlying List. But now, this doesn't work with the Map. Here is a snippet of my code: public HtmlDataTable getEntityDetailsDataTable() { ... • Custom keys with NERDComment plugin and remapped Leader?

  I'm trying to set up the NERDComment plugin in vim, but I'm having some trouble with the keys. I'd like to set the basic toggle functionality (comment a line if it's uncommented, uncomment if it's commented) to be c. The problem is that I've remapped the Leader to be ,, which is the same key that NERD wants for all of it's hotkeys. Anyone have any idea as to how to set this up?

  I need to write a tool that lists the classes that call methods of specified interfaces. It will be used as part of the build process of a large java application consisting of many modules. The goal is to automatically document the dependencies between certain java modules. I found several tools for dependency analysis, but they don't work on the method level, just for packages or jars. Finally I found ASM, that seems to do what I need. But for some reason i get this exception: `At least one range query boundary term must be non-empty term` How would i debug this? Is it just Zend_Search_Lucene being buggy?

• Giving event control back to xaml/callee to access check/uncheck

  Hi All, I've scoured the Internet but my search-foo must not work if it's out there cause I just can't find the proper search terms to get me the answer I am looking for. So I turn to the experts here as a last resort to point me in the right direction. What I'm trying to do is create a composite control of a text box and a list box but I want to allow the control consumer to decide what to do when say the checkbox is checked/unchecked and I just can't figure it out... Maybe i'm going about it all wrong. What I've done thus far is to: create a custom control that extends ListBox expose a custom DP named "Text" (for the Text box but it's not the important part) craft the generic.xaml so that the list items have a default ItemTemplate/DataTemplate inside the DataTemplate I'm trying to set the "Checked" or "Unchecked" events expose 'wrapper' events as DPs in the custom control that would get 'set' via the template when instatiated As soon as I try something like the following (inside generic.xaml): <DataTemplate> <...> <CheckBox Checked="{TemplateBinding MyCheckedDP}"/> <...> </DataTemplate> I get runtime exceptions, the designer - vs2010 - pukes out a LONG list of errors that are all very similar and nothing I do can make it work. I went so far as to try using the VisualTreeHelper but no magic combination I could find would work nor would it allow me to traverse the tree because when the OnApplyTemplate method fires the listbox items don't exist yet and aren't in the tree. So hopefully this all makes sense but if not please let me know and I'll edit the post for clarifications. Thanks to all for any pointers or thoughts... Like I said maybe I'm heading about it in the wrong way from the start...   I don't know if this is even possible, but how can I bind some key combination to a (C#)program, so that when that keyboard shortcut is pressed with some file selected in windows explorer, it calls specific function with path of that file as a parameter. Or can I assign some keyboard shortcut so that windows explorer opens selected file in my program(that way I could pass the path to already running instance) thanks
