  Hi, I have text in Turkish language: "selam günaydin". Doctrine searchable converts it to keywords in table: -selam -guenaydin So "guenaydin" was saved in table as keyword "günaydin" so when somebody writes in search "günaydin" he gets nothing - what can I do?

  Hi im a little confused by this diagram http://www.b-eye-network.com/images/content/i030ht0104.gif (Last diagram in the article) 1 - In the "ACCOUNTING ENTRY" table it shows "DebitEntry" and "CreditEntry" i) is this two column or ii) is this two rows of data? or iii) is it two separate tables on its own, Acounting_entry_credit and Accounting_entry_debit?   I manipulated some data from MySQL and the resulting dictionary "data" (print data) displays something like this : {'1': ['1', 'K', abc, 'xyz', None, None, datetime.date(2009, 6, 18)], '2': ['2', 'K', efg, 'xyz', None, None, None, None], '3': ['3', 'K', ijk, 'xyz', None, None, None, datetime.date(2010, 2, 5, 16, 31, 2)]} How do I create a table and insert these values in a MySQL table? In other words, how do I dump them to MySQL or CSV? Not sure how to deal with datetime.date and None values. Any help is appreciated.

Some of the cells are disclosure/detail disclosure type, and have a UIButtonTypeDetailDisclosure etc added manually. I cannot use the table view controllers' UITableViewCellAccessory for row at index path method. The question is, how do I set the target of these manually added buttons so that they correctly send the didSelectRowAtIndexPath to their table view controller?

  I have a schema that includes tables like the following (pseudo schema): TABLE ItemCollection { ItemCollectionId ...etc... } TABLE Item { ItemId, ItemCollectionId, ContributorId } I need to aggregate the number of distinct contributors per ItemCollectionId. This is possible with a query like: SELECT ItemCollectionId, COUNT(DISTINCT ContributorId) FROM Item GROUP BY ItemCollectionId I further want to pre-calculate this aggregation using an indexed (materialized) view. The DISTINCT prevents an index being placed on this view. Is there any way to reformulate this which will not violate SQL Server's indexed view constraints?

  Hello I have a mysql database table to store country name and currency symbol - the CHARSET has correctly set to UTF8. This is example data inserted into the table insert into country ( country_name, currency_name, currency_code, currency_symbol) values ('UK','Pounds','GBP','£'); When I look in the database - the pound symbol appears fine - but when I retrieve it from the database and display it on the website - a weird square symbol shows up with a question mark inside instead of the pound symbol. INSERT INTO SCHEMA.TABLE (FIELD1, FIELD2, FIELD3) VALUES (#field1#, (SELECT ANOTHER_FIELD FROM SCHEMA.TABLE WHERE FIELD4= #field2#), #field2#) The inner select query always fails and returns NULL. But if I substitute #field2# with the actual value only in the inner query, it works fine. Why is iBatis not substituting fieldvalues in the innerqueries? Any ideas?

  I have a USER table in database. The table has a RegistrationDate column which has a default constraint as GETDATE(). When using LINQ, I don't provide any data for RegistrationDate column to make it default. But SQL Server raises error. I think LINQ tries to insert NULL into the column. How can I make LINQ not to try to insert in the column RegistrationDate, because it has default value?

• Symfony sfDoctrinePager with multiple tables

  I was wondering how to get this to run. In my application I have a Category table and Product table. I need to have a pager which combines both Categories and Products for display in one list (first categories then products). Is there a way to get this going ? I tried left joining in the pager's query, but doesn't seem to do the trick.
