  I've got quite a complex .Net 2.0 project to build (with VS 2010) which does not build without 2.0 version of System.ServiceModel.dll and does not run if compiled with .Framework 4.0. Can I install Net Framework 2.0 safely after 3.5 and 4.0? Or where can I download an old System.ServiceModel .dll assembly?

  I built a very simple installation package that only consists of some merge modules. The Setup project explorer shows no dependencies on .Net for these merge modules (and it should not). However, on building the .msi file a requierement for .Net is added to it. Can this be avoided, or do I have to use a third party .msi builder? (I tried the obvious unchecking of any checkbox in the requierements listbox.)

  I was wondering if it's possible to access the ASP.NET Configuration Tool once a site is live. To be able to create and edit users and roles is obviously very important, and from what I've been reading, once a site is deployed, the Configuration Tool is no longer accessible. If this is the case, HOW do I add users, etc.? By the way, I found a User Management plugin which brings a lot of the Configuration Tool's capabilities to the front end of a User Management section of the deployed website, but it DOES NOT offer the capability to add a new user.
