  I installed Ubuntu with WUBI in Windows 7 64bit, and I had installed Mandriva 2011 with a disk. I tried to learn Linux with Ubuntu and misused mke2fs; after I reboot my computer, Windows 7 and Ubuntu has crashed. • Access to certain files but not others

  Hoping someone can help me as I have, thus far, been unable to solve the issue. I am running a media center utilizing Ubuntu 12.04. I was initially successful accessing media files from the desktop running Ubuntu via my Windows 7 laptop and Roku device. I started backing up a new batch of DVD's I had (into MKV files, like everything else in my media folders) and noticed I cannot access the new files from either the Roku or the laptop. I have not changed any settings in the media folder and verified the shared permissions. The parent folder (Media) is shared (with permission flow-down) while the subfolders (Movies, TV Shows, Music) are not. I have changed the permissions on this to include shared when the access problem arose but with no success. I can only access the original files uploaded an not new files added. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance for any and all help.

  hello I had a working application, which uses a jquery ui dialog. I wanted to make the dialog draggable. As far as I know the only thing needed is the jquery.ui.draggable.js script. • Weird Issues with WPMU I Can't Figure Out

  I know I should post this on the WPMU forum, but no one writes me back and I'm just trying to find a larger audience hoping you have run into this issue as well. I have built a WPMU site for a client, and I am able to upload media into the Media Library and within a Post or Page perfectly. I thought my job was finished, yet the client can't upload any media at all. I'm located in Kentucky, they are located in New England (if that even matters). I had the client record their process of uploading as I thought they were simply not following my instructions for uploading, yet they are doing everything correctly. When uploading a file it goes through the process of allowing them to select a file and it says it uploads it, yet when it is finished uploading nothing is in the Media Library or in the Post.   Hello, I am working on a one page website that allows the users to add and remove pages from there navigation as and when they would like too, the way it works is that if the click 'Blog' on the main nav a 'Blog' section should appear on the page, if they then click 'News' the 'News' section should also be visible, however the way I have started to implement this it seems I can only have one section at a time, can my code be adpated to allow multiple sections to shown on the main page. • Devices on one switch can't see devices on another switch

  I have RoadRunner Internet cable service hooked to a Motorola Surfboard modem. This is connected to a 10/100 wireless router (located in the garage). Downstairs, I have a ZyXEL GS-108b gigabit switch connected to one port on the router. From this switch I ran connections to a PS3, DVR, Vonage box and a wireless router (Buffalo AirStation 10/100). The Buffalo AirStation works as a wireless AP for other laptops, iPads and cell phones. Upstairs, I have an Asus gigabit switch connected to a gaming desktop, printer, and a media server on FreeNAS (PS3 Media Server on FreeNAS). The router is configured to assign static IPs to both the PS3 and the media server. Problem - I connect a laptop to the switch downstairs after disabling the wireless, thus making sure that I am accessing internet through the wired connection (and the router in the garage). All my computers, iPads and cell phones are able to connect to the internet without a problem. My PS3 connects to the interent with a wired connection but is unable to access the media server (I get a message that no media server is found). I used a wired laptop downstairs (connected to switch downstairs) but am unable to ping either the PS3 or media server! I may be doing something silly but am at my wits' end. Please help!

  How do you allow a specific user permission to write to an NFS partition? I've mounted an NFS share on my localhost (a Fedora install), and I can read and write as root, but I'm unable to write as the apache user, even though all the files and directories in the share on my localhost and remote host are owned by apache. For example, I've mounted it via this line in my /etc/fstab: remotehost:/data/media /data/media nfs _netdev,soft,intr,rw,bg 0 0 And both locations are owned by apache: [root@remotehost ~]# ls -la /data total 24 drwxr-xr-x. 6 root root 4096 Jan 6 2011 . dr-xr-xr-x. 28 root root 4096 Oct 31 2011 .. drwxr-xr-x 4 apache apache 4096 Jan 14 2011 media [root@localhost ~]# ls -la /data total 16 drwxr-xr-x 4 apache apache 4096 Dec 7 2011 . dr-xr-xr-x. 27 root root 4096 Jun 11 15:51 .. drwxrwxrwx 5 apache apache 4096 Jan 31 2011 media However, when I try and write as the apache user, I get a "Permission denied" error. • Cookieless Domain redirect in WHM/cPANEL

  I am currently trying to get my head around in understanding how to set-up a "cookieless" domain using WHM / Cpanel - unfortunately without any success at this moment. I have a Magento store and I would like to use "cookieless domains" for my media, skin (template) and js files. Magento has a nice feature to define URL for those folders. My current setup is as follows: www.mydomain.com <- main store media.mydomain.com <- subdomain to the media folder (mydomain.com/media/) skin.mydomain.com <- subdomain to the media folder (mydomain.com/skin/) js.mydomain.com <- subdomain to the media folder (mydomain.com/js/) I think it's poinless to have them used as "cookieliess domains" since my Magento installation uses .mydomain.com as cookie domain, so what I would like to achieve is to register a new additional domain and have it point via WHM / cPanel to those specific locations. I have tried to change the A and CNAME records although without any success as they were just simply redirecting from one page to another in the browser (newdomain.com - jump to old.com). What kind of records do I have to set to have this working properly? Some advice would be highly appreciated.

The list of objects that needs to be rendered is stored as a std::map, where an object of class MeshResource contains the vertices and indices with the actual data, and an object of classMeshRenderer defines the point in space the mesh is to be rendered at.
