    Hi There, let me rewrite my question, I have a Ajax Accordion in my web site, Users can add images, in Accordion,I keep the thumbnail and fullsize image's path in Sql Server table, Users can see the thumbnail, and when they click the thumbnail, I use a ModalPopupExtender that open an asp panel to show the full size image, with progress image or preload bar What is the best way to achieve this?     i have an asp.net mvc site and here is a dynamic tooltip using qTip Here is my code: $('a.showNutritionInfo').each(function() { $(this).qtip({ content: { text: '<img src="../../images/ajax-loader1.gif" alt="" />', style: { width: 450 }, url: '/Tracker/NutritionInfo/' + $(this).attr('id'), method: 'get' } }); }); this works perfectly EXCEPT the width attribute listed above is ignored. No matter what i put in that width attribute, i get the same size width tooltip which is about half of the width that i need. the height is perfectly fine. any ideas? is this a bug in the product ?

I am new to this area and I am looking for something which allows me to play with my own UI design comfortably. I went through sencha as I heard its apt for a tablet app environment but I am (sorry, it might sound odd) not able to make out whether I can use my own UI design to make app in sencha.     I need to make slider. I have content (which should shift horizontally) and two buttons - "right" and "left". If you press the button and hold it, the content starts to move (in the appropriate direction). If you not hold the button, then the movement stops. This behavior is copies the behavior of usual window scrollbar.   • Invalid Label Error with JSON request

    I've read about this a lot and I just can't figure it out. It has nothing to do with MY code, it has to do with the feed or something because if I swap it with a Twitter feed it returns an Object object which is perfect. $.getJSON('http://rockbottom.nozzlmedia.com:8000/api/portland/?count=1&callback=?',function(json){ console.log(json) }); And i get an "invalid label" error. Any ideas?

    Hi, I am using the jqGrid plug-in and at one point I need to refresh the grid and set the selected row to match the record that I am showing in detail on another section of the page. I have the following code but it does not work: $("#AllActions").trigger("reloadGrid").setSelection(selectedRow); The selectedRow parameter comes from an event handler that gets called when the data is changed and the grid needs to be updated. I'm pretty sure that the problem is that the grid is not loaded when the selection is being set, because if I put a call to alert() between the calls to trigger() and setSelection(), it works.     I would like to add some online pages to an application keep them up to date without releasing a new store version. For this I taught I could use jqm ajax navigation to load the external page. (I'm aware that might not be allowed for all platforms.) I have set: $.mobile.allowCrossDomainPages = true; $.mobile.pushStateEnabled = false; This seems to work but the problem is that all my href's and $.mobile.ChangePages would have to be changed to <a href='http://mydomain.com/mypage.html'>link</a> $.mobile.changePage('http://mydomain.com/mypage.html'); in stead of <a href='mypage.html'>link</a> $.mobile.changePage('http://mydomain.com/mypage.html'); I was thinking about overriding the changepage method(found this somewhere) to add a domain when the user is online, but the problem is that this method get's called more then once. var originalChangePage = $.mobile.changePage; $.mobile.changePage = function(to, options) { var o = JSON.stringify(o); try { to = to.replace('file:///android_asset/www/', 'http://mydomain.com/'); } catch (err) { //to isn't always filled in. } originalChangePage(to, options); }; Is there a better way to load html pages locally and online using jqm ajax navigation?     I'm loading an image in an iframe and then (once the iframe is loaded) loading the image on the page. But most browsers seem to be loading the image twice. Why isn't the img tag being loading from the cache?   • JqueryUI serialize data not working on first record

    I am using jqueryUI v1.8. I have created a modal dialog form to edit records of a table. When the edit link on the record is clicked the record data is displayed on the form and the user edits the record. When the user submits this form the data is serialized and posted via ajax to update the database. This works well with all records except the first one. Nothing is posted to server for update only for the first record. alert(serializeddata); is empty. Similarly, The first form element in every record chosen for editing does not show the actual value the first time. Once you cancel editing and close the dialog and reopen you can see the fields accurate data. How do I resolve this?

    Say I have the array, arr1. I want to print this array (i.e. just display the numbers) but, I want to color the numbers based on their values. If arr1[i]<15, green, if arr1[i]20, red, else orange.     Hello, I am trying to make use of jQueryUI AJAX tabs in my ASP.Net Webforms project. I have come up against a wall though. For AJAX, you must render only a partial page(no <html> and such elements) by an external URL. How would you best do this in ASP.Net? aspx files require things like a <html> and <head> tag so those wouldn't work so the only thing that comes to mind is using cumbersome ashx files. Am I just over thinking this? Is there an easier way?

Because I had a complex form for data entry as part of my content, I need to validate certain events that can occur in my form.
