  • Good Email Tagging Plugin for Thunderbird 10.0.2?

    I like to tag my emails in Mozilla Thunderbird 10.0.2, but the tagging system that is built in just isn't sufficient, I want to use something a little closer to the suggest tag system that is built into Stackexchange, where existing tags will display as I type them, and they will be separated using some sort of delimiter (such as a space or a comma). Does anyone know of any mail tagging plugins like that?

  • How can I organize many results in a selectbox using php?

    I have a select box that is part of a form. It is currently querying the addresses table and displaying the addresses into the select box. I plan on having up to 100 addresses. I'm looking for a solution where I can show all the states if the user clicks on the select box. Then if the user hovers over a state it will show all the addresses for that specific state. Then if the user clicks on an address, it will show that as the picked option in the select box. This is like a dropdown menu within a select box. Does anyone know where I can find a solution as this?

I checked the services and they are all logging in as local system or network service. Nothing for administrator. Anyone have any idea how I tell where these are coming from?   • How does formatting works with a PowerShell function that returns a set of elements?

But even if only 8 columns are shown, there are plenty of other properties (as foo | gm is showing). What is causing this function to show only this 8 properties? I'm actually trying to build a similar function that is returning complex objects from a 3rd party .Net library. The library is flatting a 2 level hierarchy of objects : function Actual { $someDotnetObject.ACollectionProperty.ASecondLevelCollection | % { $_ } } This method is dumping the objects in a list form (one line per property). How can I control what is displayed, keeping the actual object available?     AFAIK JSR-303 is the standard bean validation system. I don't know whether it could do validations like this (I guess no): if an object has a deleted flag set, you cannot modify the object you cannot change the start date property, after the date is passed you cannot decrease some integer properties in the bean So how can I handle validations, which depend on the previous state of an object? I would like to solve problems like that in hibernate3.5 - spring3 - JPA2 environment. Thanks My solution was to mess with hibernate, reload the object to see the old state (after evicting the new object). This time I need some smarter solution...

    On our network (a group of related websites - not a LAN) we have a common authentication system which works like this: On a network site ("consumer") the user clicks on a login link This redirects the user to a login page on our auth system ("RAS"). Upon successful login the user is directed back to the consumer site. Extra data is passed in the query string. This extra data does not include any information about the user yet. The consumer site's backend contacts RAS to get the information about the logged in user. So as you can see, the consumer site knows nothing about the authentication method. It doesn't know if it's by username/password, fingerprint, smartcard, or winning a game of poker. This is the main problem I'm encountering when trying to find out how I could write custom authentication plugins for these packages, acting as consumer sites: Wordpress Joomla MediaWiki For example Joomla offers a pretty simple auth plugin system, but it depends on a username/password entered on the Joomla site. Any hints on where to start?

    I'm trying to deserialize JSON which I'm getting from an external source into an Entity Framework entity class using the following code: var serializer = new JavaScriptSerializer(); IList<Feature> obj = serializer.Deserialize<IList<Feature>>(json); The following exception is thrown: Object of type 'System.Collections.Generic.List1[JustTime.Task]' cannot be converted to type 'System.Data.Objects.DataClasses.EntityCollection1[JustTime.Task]'. My model is simple: The Feature class has a one-to-many relation to the Tasks class. The problem appears to be the deserializer is trying to create a generic List to hold the collection of tasks instead of an EntityCollection. I've tried implementing a JavaScriptConverted which would handle System.Collections.Generic.List but it didn't get called by the deserializer.

  • How can I keep gnu screen from becoming unresponsive after losing my SSH connection?

    I use a VPN tunnel to connect to my work network and then SSH to connect to my work PC running cygwin. Once logged in I can attach to a screen session and everything works great. Now, after a while, I walk away from my computer and sooner or later, the VPN tunnel times out. The SSH connection on each end eventually times out and then I eventually come back to my computer to do some work. Theoretically, this should be a simple matter of just restarting the VPN, reconnecting via SSH, and then running "screen -r -d". However apparently when the sshd daemon times out on the cygwin PC, it leaves the screen session in some kind of hung state. I can reproduce a similar hung state by clicking the close box on a cygwin bash shell window while it's running a screen session. Is there any way to get the screen session to recover once this has happened, so that I don't lose anything?

When the applciation was built, all assemblies were compiled with full debug info (Project Properties - Build - Advanced - Debug Info - Full), and so PDB files were generated. To help me diagnose where the error is coming from, I dropped the PDB files into the application's bin directory, and reproduced the exception. All line numbers for each stack frame look correct, with the exception of one which displays "line 0" as its source.

    Are pointers on a 64-bit system still 4 byte aligned (similar to a double on a 32 bit system)? Or are they note 8 byte aligned? For example, on a 64-bit system how big is the following data structure: struct a { void* ptr; char myChar; } Would the pointer by 8 byte aligned, causing 7 bytes of padding for the character (total = 8 + 8 = 16)? Or would the pointer be 4 byte aligned (4 bytes + 4 bytes) causing 3 bytes of padding (total = 4 + 4 + 4 = 12)? Thanks, Ryan

    I know Ghost and Clonezilla aren't able to build images of a system while the system is running(Without Rebooting). Haven't Checked on Acronis though, but i don't simpatize with private solutions. Question: Is there a software solution which is able to build a "Live" image? Would appreciate anwsers, since I'm one step away from building a Clonezilla test enviroment and this will just help on my decision. Thank you.
