  • How can I see debug messages with Mono apps?

    Hi, I have various Debug.WriteLine messages, I tried to see those messages using export MONO_DEBUG_LEVEL=debug, but I end up getting other irrelevant debug messages which was not outputted by my code. What should I do to see the debug messages? I'm using Linux :) Thanks.

    Some time ago (~4-5months ago) I attented a lecture about JEE and at some point the lecturer started talking about webservices and how hard it is to create a good one because all the IDEs make them in a bit different way (or something like that) and that in general it's better to use Netbeans to create them as Eclipse has some issues, the thing is he didn't really say why Eclipse is bad. Now I'm wondering is what he said true and why, is it really better to use Netbeans for webservices and why?

    Is it safe to store information such as usernames and passwords within comments in your source code? I am not worried about some getting access to my source but I am concerned in regards to someone decompiling my compiled silverlight XAP file. Is anybody 100% sure if the compiler strips off commented code. I would assume it does but I want to be sure. Thanks!

I have tried using event delegation to capture events but nothing I seem to do captures the click event. I think this may be due to the speed that the contents are getting updated. I have a javascript in my script and I have added the link in my view as follows: It has certain functions which I can access once I have the script in my view.     Hi, I have a raw YUYV422 buffer with 8-bit 4:2:2 Component Y’CbCr format (Y0, Cb, Y1, Cr order). I know that ffmpeg's PIX_FMT_YUYV422 only handle 16-bit buffers.So I am getting Bad memory error when scaling that buffer into YUV420P. Can any one give me a clue, how can I use this buffer with ffmpeg to covert into YUV420. Thanks, Raghu

    I have a UITextField, a UIButton, and a UIWebView nested in a UIView, which is nested in a UIScrollView. After the UIWebView has loaded its content, I need it to resize the UIWebView and UIView so that the UIScrollView will scroll. I currently have the UIScrollView getting its contentSize from the UIView, but I can't figure out how to do the resizing after the UIWebView's content has loaded.

I know that using a shotgun.rb file, I can pass options to Thin to get it to start in SSL mode, but I'm not exact sure how to pass these options.     Hi guys, I'm getting angry - I cant run the emulator (under vista x64). I still get the following error: Starting emulator in execution mode * Error * Failed to connect to device 2! Reason: Emulator 2 terminated while waiting for it to register! BUILD FAILED (total time: 26 seconds) I was trying to change the port to 1999, localhost to ip address and such stuff.
