En este post eso es lo que haremos, nos apoyaremos en el lenguaje javascript para validar nuestro textbox del lado del cliente.     English I'm looking for a billing application (also inventories, shopping, clients, providers, accounts, etc) for small businesses. The software should adapt with Colombia's necessities. I searched for it in Google, and I found several ERP such as OpenBravo and Adempiere, but these applications are very big and difficult to use, in fact, I couldn't make them work. I found an application called Ubifactura (made specifically for Colombia), I downloaded the Java source code, but I don't have any idea about how to compile it. I need someone to help me to compile it or just some recommendations for similar software. The idea is to help small business from my town with one of these applications (it doesn't matter if it is for Windows or Linux), the idea is to help. All help is welcome. Spanish (Español) Estoy buscando una aplicacion de facturacion (tambien inventario, compras, clientes, proveedores, cuentas, etc) para pequeñas empresas, que se adaptade a las necesidades de Colombia, en google encontre varios ERP como openbravo y adempiere, pero aplicaciones muy grandes y dificiles de manejas, de hecho no puede hacerlas funcionar. Encontre un programa llamado Ubifactura, hecho para facturar en Colomabia, descarge los archivos de codigo fuente en java, pero no tengo ni idea de como ponerlo a funcionar, pues habla de eclipce, de un servsdor CVS, que no tengo ni idea de como poner a funcionar, necesito si alguien me puede ayudar a trabajar con estos archivos java, o me suguieran aplicacion de acuerdo a mis necesidades. La idea es bebeficiar a varias pequeñas empresas de mi pueblo con una aplicacion de estas, ni importa si en entorno windows o ubuntu, la idea es aportarles algo desde el software libre.   • Language redirect affecting pagerank and search listing?

    Preface We have a number of sites that use the same redirect mechanism across the board. We recently transitioned one site from non-localised to localised and detected that the Google+ integration doesn't show up on the search results any more AND the PageRank is gone from 2 to 0. How the redirect works If the UA sends a cookie (e.g. lang=en), redirect the user to /language (e.g. /en) If the UA is a bot (.*bot.*), redirect to /en If the Accept-Language header contains a usable, non-English language, redirect to /language (English is the default on many browsers in non-English regions) If there is a valid GeoIP lookup and the detected region is linked to a supported language, redirect to /language Redirect to /en We do of course on all pages have the proper markup to indicate the alternate language: <link hreflang="de" href="/de" rel="alternate" /> As far as we can tell, we follow all publicly available guidelines from Google, so we are a bit at odds if this is a bug in Google or we have done something wrong. Question Does not having content on the root URL of a domain adversely affect search engine rankings and if yes, how does one implement a proper language redirection?

    I have two problems with GDM on Ubuntu 10.04. The first is with locales. GDM login screen also doesn't permit change this setting. Why doesn't GDM read/apply the system locales? Why don't I see, in GDM login screen, the box to change the locale?

  • Leveraging .Net 4.0 Framework Tools For Encrypting Web Configuration Sections

    I would like to share a few points with regards to encrypting web configuration sections in .Net 4.0. This information is also applicable to .Net 3.5 and 2.0. Two methods can work perfectly for encrypting connection strings in a Web project configuration file:   1-Do It All Yourself! In this approach, helper functions for encrypting/decrypting configuration file content are implemented. Program would explicitly retrieve appropriate content from configuration file then decrypt it appropriately.  Disadvantages of this implementation would be the added overhead for maintaining the encryption/decryption code as well the burden of always ensuring sections are appropriately decrypted before use and encrypted appropriately whenever edited.   2- Leverage the .Net 4.0 Framework (The Way to go!) Fortunately, all needed tools for protecting configuration files are built-in to the .Net 2.0/3.5/4.0 versions with very little setup needed. To encrypt connection strings, one can use the ASP.Net IIS Registration Tool (Aspnet_regiis.exe). Note that a 64-bit version of the tool also exists under the Framework64 folder for 64-bit systems. The command we need to encrypt our web.config file connection strings is simply the following:   Aspnet_regiis –pe “connectionstrings” –app “/sampleApplication” –prov “RsaProtectedConfigurationProvider”   To later decrypt this configuration section:   Aspnet_regiis –pd “connectionstrings” –app “/SampleApplication”   The following is a brief description of the command line options used in the example above. Aspnet_regiis supports many more options which you can read about in the links provided for reference below.   Option Description -pe  Section name to encrypt -pd  Section name to decrypt -app  Web application name -prov  Encryption/Decryption provider   ASP.Net automatically decrypts the content of the Web.Config file at runtime so no programming changes are needed.   Another tool, aspnet_setreg.exe is to be used if certain configuration file sections pertinent to the .Net runtime are to be encrypted.     Español: Buen día. Instalé en una notebook ubuntu 12.04 pero me da el problema que solamente me da dos resoluciones de pantallas 800x600 y 1024x768... En la primera se ve muy grotesca la pantalla y en la segunda se ve bien, pero falta un pedazo de pantalla arriba y abajo... He tratado de buscar información sobre el tema pero parece uno de esos "bugs" que no han conseguido ser erradicados... Intenté hacer el Xorg.conf y esas cosas y nomas no se puede... Recurro a su sapiencia y experiencia en este tipo de problemas... La mini es una Lanix Neuron lt, procesador intel atom n450 y la tarjeta Intel corporation N10 family integrated graphics controller.... Inglés: Good day. I installed ubuntu 12.04 on a notebook but I get the problem that only gives me two screen resolutions of 800x600 and 1024x768 ... The first screen looks very grotesque and the second looks good, but missing a piece of screen up and down ...   • Why is Swing Parser's handleText not handling nested tags?

    I need to transform some HTML text that has nested tags to decorate 'matches' with a css attribute to highlight it (like firefox search). I can't just do a simple replace (think if user searched for "img" for example), so I'm trying to just do the replace within the body text (not on tag attributes). It's like it's only going one level deep. Anyone know why? Is there some simple thing I need to do to HTMLParser (haven't used it much) to enable 'proper' behavior of nested tags? PS - I figured it out myself - see answer below. Short answer is, it works fine if you pass it HTML, not pre-escaped HTML. Doh!     I am having hard time filtering a datagrid. Please help! This is how I draw a grid. var jsonStore = new dojo.data.ItemFileWriteStore({data:columnValues}); gridInfo = { store: jsonStore, queryOptions: {ignoreCase: true}, structure: layout }; grid = new dojox.grid.DataGrid(gridInfo, "gridNode"); grid.startup(); Now if i try something like this, it works fine and gives me the rows which has the column (AGE_FROM) value equal to 63. grid.filter({AGE_FROM:63}); but I need all kinds of filtering and not just 'equal to' So how do I try to obtain all the rows which have AGE_FROM 63, and < 63 and <= 63 and =63. because grid.filter({AGE_FROM:<63}); does not work Also One other way I was thingking was to use the following filteredStore = new dojox.jsonPath.query(filterData,"[?(@.AGE_FROM = 63]"); and then draw the grid with the filteredStore, but the above is not working for a != operator. Once I figure a good way to filter grid I need to see a way to filter out dates. I am trying to find a good example for filtering dataGrid but most of the examples are just filtering based on the 'equal to' criteria. Any help is highly appreciated.

  • Returning to last viewed List page after insert/edit with ASP.NET Dynamic Data

    With a pretty standard Dynamic Data site, when the user edits or inserts a new item and saves, the page does a Response.Redirect(table.ListActionPath), which takes the user back to page 1 of the table. If they were editing an item on page 10 (or whatever) and want to edit the next item on that page, they have to remember the page number and navigate back to it. What's the best way to return the user to the list page they last viewed? I can conceive of some solutions using cookies, session state, or query string values to retain this state and making my own Page Template to incorporate it, but I can't help thinking this must be something that was considered when Dynamic Data was created, and there must be something simpler or built-in to the framework that I'm missing here.

The number of columns is between 1 & 6, so I cant limit it that way. I was able to get a script that allows me to put each individual on one row. However, I am having a hard time getting the first column to copy over to each row.   • Marshalling a big-endian byte collection into a struct in order to pull out values

    There is an insightful question about reading a C/C++ data structure in C# from a byte array, but I cannot get the code to work for my collection of big-endian (network byte order) bytes. (EDIT: Note that my real struct has more than just one field.) Is there a way to marshal the bytes into a big-endian version of the structure and then pull out the values in the endianness of the framework (that of the host, which is usually little-endian)?     I have a DataGridView that is bound to a DataTable. When a row in the table has an error (row.RowError is not empty), the DGV helpfully displays an error icon and tooltip with the error text. Instead of, or in addition to, this behavior, I would like to change the entire row color. What event does the DGV subscribe to in order to handle errors and/or how can I override the DGV's default behavior?

  • Conditionals in Antlr String Templates

    We are using Antlr StringTemplates to give control over how a Entity's Name is output. The basic Stringtemplate is $FirstName$ $Initial$ $LastName$, $Suffix$, $Degree$ I want to add some smarts to that template so that the commas are only output when necessary i.e. The first comma is only output when there is a Suffix or Degree and the second commas is only output if there is a suffix. I tried the following template string bit it does not work.   • jCarousel, IE6 and Fixed Width

    We are using jCarousel on our websites to display images. Simple enough. We have fairly flexible layouts so the carousels are not always the same width. FF, IE7+, Chrome, Safari etc work perfectly well taking up the space available. However IE6 ends up sending the jCarousel script into a loop and warns that a script is stopping the page from loading correctly. To stop IE6 from failing we are having to specify a fixed width in CSS for the carousel container. Is this a problem that others have had with IE6 and jCarousel?
