    Hello, I have a datetime field in mysql table and i am using JPA for persisting data but only date goes in database. Time always shows 00:00:00. What should i do? I am not doing any manipulation with Date. All i do is to assign new Date() to a variable and store it in database. What am i doing wrong?

  • How to return a variable from a javascript function into html body.

    Hi there, I am still new to javascript, and I am trying to get a function to return a variable using html & javascript. Basically the function should just return whichever radio button that the user clicks on, although at the moment I don't see anything being returned at all.     i have a string like this something = "something, something1, "something2, something else", something3" i need it to be read into a table like this: field1 = "something" field2= "something2" field3 = "something2, something else" field4 = "something3" please notice that the double quotes in the something string signified that the string inside the quotes is to be placed in one field anyone know how to do this with an insert into statement or some other way? the answer can be purely sql or can be vba with sql. thanks!

  • multiple mysql_real_query() in while loop

    It seems that when I have one mysql_real_query() function in a continuous while loop, the query will get executed OK. However, if multiple mysql_real_query() are inside the while loop, one right after the other. Depending on the query, sometimes neither the first query nor second query will execute properly. This seems like a threading issue to me. I'm wondering if the mysql c api has a way of dealing with this?   • my div tag is not aligning properly after jquery.html replacement

However, when I use .html in jquery to change or add text to sched_text it throws the css off and places the div tag not as a block anymore but placed somewhere to the side. Does something change when you use .html text? what would the proper way of doing it? Thanks Ok the issue is that my .html or .text is not a string. I just did .text(the_Week[i][1]); which results in a number. How do I present it as a string?

    I'm trying to pass in both the field and the value in a find call: @employee = Employee.find(:all, :conditions => [ '? = ?', params[:key], params[:value].to_i) The output is SELECT * FROM `employees` WHERE ('is_manager' = 1) Which returns no results, however when I try this directly in mysqsl using the same call without the '' around is_manager, it works fine.     Is it possible to define a current user? I found a stored procedure 'sp_mgGetConnectedUsers'. It returns a result set with the only unique field 'Address'. How could I associate an executing query with such 'Address'. Please advice.     The script below adds a custom meta box to the WordPress page editor interface. It lists two specific categories, "noindex" and "nofollow", which my custom theme automatically installs when the theme is activated. It works fine for selecting and assigning the categories to the page. However, if the user unchecks either of them, the settings do not stick.   • mySQL JOIN wont return results with 0 count

    SELECT categories.*, COUNT(categoryID) AS kritCount FROM categories AS categories LEFT JOIN krits ON categories.id = categoryID WHERE (krits.approved = '1') GROUP BY categories.id So this works great except that it does not return a category that has a 0 count of krits in the category. It will if I remove the WHERE statement but I need the WHERE to only select the krits where the field approved = 1
