  • White dialog theme

    I've noticed some apps have a dialog with white background, including along the title border, as opposed to the default black. I know how to make the background white but the whiteness doesn't extend to the dialog's title border. This image: http://localhostr.com/files/25bb19/tether.png is an example of how I want the dialog to look. Anyone know I can do this? I mainly use AlertDialog.Builder to make my dialogs so ideally something I can easily to that.

  • Sharepoint, ajax and page title

    Hi, I have strange problem with sharepoint and ajax functionality. We have an UpdatePanel placed inside webpart. When partial postback occurs, page title gets missing. We have found that temporary partial solution is to write title element into one line and not use any spaces or controls inside it..not even a literal control. But we need some way to provide sommon title for all pages, so title would look like this: My default title - Current page title Any ideas how to solve this?

    I had MediaWiki installed in as the default site on my server using IIS 6 and I created a virtual directory and pointed it to the Wiki folder. The page loads, but all the links are pointing to the original location that is no longer pointing to the Wiki Folder.   • Jboss logging issue - pl check this

    I’m Working as deployer and server administrator. We use Jboss 4.0x AS to deploy our applications. The issue I'm facing is, Whenever we redeploy/restart the server, server.log is getting created but after sometime the logging goes off. Yes it is not at all updating the server.log file. Due to this, we could not trace the other critical issues we have. Actually we have two separate nodes and we do deploy/restarting the server separately on two nodes. We are facing the issue in both of our test and production environment. I could not trace out where exactly the issue is. Could you please help me in resolving the issue? If we have any other issues, we can check the log files. If log itself is not getting updated/logged, how can we move further in analyzing the issues without the recent/updated logs?     How can I allow the user to click to check an item in CheckedListBox in one click? The default behaviour is the first click selects the item, the second click allows you to toggle the check. I don't want to toggle the check on select either, I'm looking for the behavior of the ListView control where I can click directly on check boxes to toggle them without selecting their items first.

    In JBoss 4.2.3 the System property 'user.dir' is defined to be <JBoss-root>/bin when I ran the same application on JBoss 5.1 I noticed that it cannot find the System property user.dir why there is no default definition for version 5.1? and how can I define it manually? I followed this suggestion and added my property into properties-service.xml but it had no affect and still JBoss couldn't find the system:user.dir value.

One page inherits from a library CKFinder.Connector.Connector. In the old days my aspx would just inherit="CKFinder.Connector.Connector", but how is this done in MVC.NET? Is Inherits="System.Web.Mvc.ViewPage<CKFinder.Connector.Connector>" the same?

    Grails, by default, is case-sensitive when mapping URL to controller actions or views. For instance, www.mywebsite.com/book/list will work BUT www.mywebsite.com/Book/list will return a 404 page. What can I do (code snippets are welcomed) to make my URL case-insensitive (i.e. www.mywebsite.com/Book/list being a valid url) ?

    I have to use windows to write some shell scripts. I decided to use emacs, but I get a weird error when running the script: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory Correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like the shebang ends in \r\n instead of just \n. How can I tell emacs to only write \n? I'm in Shell-script major mode. It's quite surprising this isn't fixed by default.

  • Jersey Test Framework with no Maven environment

    We do not use a Maven framework in our environments. Can you suggest a way to use the Jersey test framework for testing the Rest web services? I have tried to override the TestContaioner and TestContainerFactory interfaces to set up an AppDescriptor but I fail to understand how to set the LowLevelDescriptor to use the HTTPContainerFactory instead of the default one. I tried also settign the System property jersey.test.containerFactory. Does not work?Any ideas?
