• Listing the content of a tar file or a directory only down to some level

  I wonder how to list the content of a tar file only down to some level? I understand tar tvf mytar.tar will list all files, but sometimes I would like to only see directories down to some level. Similarly, for the command ls, how do I control the level of subdirectories that will be displayed? By default, it will only show the direct subdirectories, but not go further.

  I am trying to stop the default mouse wheel event that is called on the window and on a div and call my own function instead on the div. I need this to be cross-browser (without the use of a library. I know I need to use an eventListener and I think have to use both onmousewheel and DOMMouseScroll (for FF) but I think am getting caught up in the implementation somewhere. • Login screen delay in CentOS 5.4 x64

  I was happily running my CentOS 5.4 before something bad happened that somehow corrupted the 'nautilus' package. It stopped me from using the default Gnome Desktop. Then I installed (using yum) the KDE and nautilus later on. Now, KDE is running perfectly with one exception that it takes around 10 minutes before showing up the Login Screen and only a blue screen with mouse pointer keeps showing during those 10 minutes.   I'm looking for a Python IDE that can help me easily locate and manage and use the libraries on my system (Ubuntu). Specifically Twisted. Code completion is important including the symbols I import. (I've so far had a look at PyDev as well as OpenKomodo, but while both offer code completion for default Python concepts, I wasn't able to get either to import Twisted into my project and was thus getting reference errors.) Usual disclaimer: I don't like EMACS or vi, please, nothing regarding those.

When I select the contents of this column using the following select statement: SELECT * FROM categories ORDER BY menu_order ASC It lists the category items that have nothing as their menu order first and then the one's that have 1's and 2's and 3's. Is there any way to prevent SQL from take nothing to come before numbers when I am trying to list things in order?   Is it possible to change a itemize font size after including enumitem package? I had: \setbeamerfont{itemize/enumerate body}{size=\small} \setbeamerfont{itemize/enumerate subbody}{size=\scriptsize} \setbeamerfont{itemize/enumerate subsubbody}{size=\scriptsize} but after I included the enumitem package the font size for itemize became default, as far as I see. \usepackage{enumitem} \setlist{label=\tiny\textbullet, leftmargin=1em, labelsep=*, labelwidth=0.2em, noitemsep, labelindent=\parindent, nolistsep} I cannot find anything related in enumitem documentation.

  Hi, Where can we place static html files in our war file? For example, a default project has this: war/projectname.html I'd like to just make a few static folders with static pages that are like: war/projectname.html war/signup/index.html war/about/index.html so that my users can just hit those static pages like: www.myproject.com/signup www.myproject.com/about where would I put folders like that in our project tree? I tried putting them under war/, just beside projectname.html (like above), but they don't seem to be available there, I just get a 404 error, Thanks

I'm using Core Data for the first time, and I'd like to be able to easily inspect the records that are stored by the app on the device.
