  • Calculation error in Datasheet view in SharePoint

    I have a custom list, with calculation, in SharePoint. Everything worked fine until recently when the DataSheet will show strange or wrong % calculation in a % column. But the Standard View will show correct values. IT checked the server side and everything looked ok, I checked the formulas and even re-did them in the column and the issue persist.   • Does single or double quote matter in str_ireplace in PHP ?

    Hi, I've to replace newline (\n) with & in a string so that the received data could be parsed with parse_str() into array. The thing is that when I put \n in single quote it somehow turns out as to be replaced with a space: str_ireplace(array('&', '+', '\n'), array('', '', '&'), $response) "id=1 name=name gender=gender age=age friends=friends" But when I put \n in double quotes then it works just fine: str_ireplace(array('&', '+', "\n"), array('', '', '&'), $response) "id=1&name=name&gender=gender&age=age&friends=friends" Why is that so?

    In a simple Ruby example, I'm getting an error that does not occur in irb. name = "Joe" def say_hi "\"Hi there!\" said #{self}" end response = name.say_hi puts response This code should return, "Hi there!" said Joe. It works perfectly fine in irb. However, when I attempt to put the same code in a file and run the file, I get this error: say_hi.rb:8:in `<main>': private method `say_hi' called for "Joe":String (NoMethodError) Any suggestion about why this happens?

  • WPF application fails with "bad image format"

    Hi, I have an application build on my x64 computer. It is now build for x86 but on windows XP machines (x86) it fails with the "bad image format". On all Vista and up OS, it runs perfectly on x64 platfomrms. I tracked the problem to my icon. I removed the icon and now it runs fine, anyone got an idea of how on earth this could relate to anything?

  • how can i request a variable in my home.ctp of my cakePHP application?

    I created a page using the MVC structure called 'sections' ( view is located in the app/views/sections folder, model in the model folder and the controller in the controller folder) when i request the variable $test, it works fine without any errors.. When i want to request this variable in my home.ctp, it provides me with an error, saying that the variable is undefined.. Is there any way in cakePHP to request this variable on any page you want it to? Thnx in advance!

  • Sub-viewController doesn't get autorotation notifications, bug?

    If I have a view (and its controller) and I override the willAnimateRotationToInterfaceOrientation method so I can respond to autorotation events everything works fine and dandy. Now if I create another viewController and add its view to the first viewController's view via: [firstViewController.view addSubview:secondViewController.view] The secondViewController's willAnimateRotationToInterfaceOrientation method isn't called.     Dear All, I am a real newbie in programming and now I have to combine Google Maps and Dojo. Both alone are fine but when I try to implement a Google Map into a Dojo content pane which is embedded in a border-container it simply does not work. I think there is a problem with the naming of the divs but perhaps there is something else to take care of? Could someone post the simplest possible solution? many thanks

  • Running a Java program with input from a file

    I am writing a program that reads the input from a file and then prints it to the screen. When I run it without taking the input from the file, it works perfectly fine. However, every time I try to run it from the file it gives me an "Exception in thread "main" java.util.NoSuchElementException: No line found at" error that occurs every place the input is suppose to be read. I have no idea what is going on.

    I have a view which contains a UIButton. When this is clicked, it calls a method that loads another NIB. Now, normally, that nib would load a view onto the stack, and everything would be fine. But, I am trying to load a TableViewController, and all I get it errors. What is the proper method for loading a TableViewController and putting it on the top of the stack?

  • jquery element not defined, but it used to skip it...

    I recently transferred a site to a new host. Reloaded everything, and the javascript that worked fine before is breaking at an element it can't find. $('#emailForm') is not defined. Now, the #emailform isn't on the page, but it wasn't before either, and JS used to skip this and it would just work. Not sure why this is happening. Any clues?

Well, it can overwrite if the existing file have attribute R or A. Not when its blanked. Error in red text: "Copy-Item : The file '\server\d$\path\thumbs\007487l.jpg' already exists." Why?

Is there a method to determine the type of file system of the drive the software is installed to? But def myview(request): return render_to_response('tmpl.html', {}, context_instance=RequestContext(request)) with a context processor def user(request): from django.contrib.auth.models import User return {'user': User.objects.get(id=1)} passes AnonymousUser, so I can't get the variables I need :( What's wrong?
