Hi,
I have an application build on my x64 computer. It is now build for x86 but on windows XP machines (x86) it fails with the "bad image format". On all Vista and up OS, it runs perfectly on x64 platfomrms. I tracked the problem to my icon.
I removed the icon and now it runs fine, anyone got an idea of how on earth this could relate to anything?
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\xampp\htdocs\atseit\irankiai.php:3) in C:\xampp\htdocs\atseit\irankiai.php on line 211
Is there any way to remove this warning and make cookies work? My 3rd line defines title and 211 line sets cookie.

I am trying to run this script:
<?php
$d = new DateTime('now', new DateTimeZone('Asia/Kolkata'));
$time = $d->format('H:i');
echo $time;
?>
but I got this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'DateTimeZone::__construct() [<a href='function.DateTimeZone---construct'>function.DateTimeZone---construct</a>]: Unknown or bad timezone (Asia/Kolkata)
Though it works well for Asia/Dacca for example. What could be the problem and how to fix it?

header('Location: another-page.php');
Is there a plugin available to do this, or any other method?
Would my best bet be surfing the site with Lynx?
Thanks
I am trying to do the equivalent of the following curl command :
curl -H "Accept: text/plain" http://127.0.0.1:8033/stats
I tried with an Inets simple http request. But, it isn't processed.
How can I specify in Inets (or some other Erlang http client for that matter) the accept header requirement?
Hi,
I know that nested functions are not part of the standard C, but since they're present in gcc (and the fact that gcc is the only compiler i care about), i tend to use them quite often.
Is this a bad thing ? If so, could you show me some nasty examples ?
What's the status of nested functions in gcc ? Are they going to be removed ?
thanks
I have a Java application running on Sun 1.6 32-bit VM/Solaris 10 (x86)/Nahelem 8-core(2 threads per core).
A specific usecase in the application is to respond to some external message. In my performance test environment, when I prepare and send the response in the same thread that receives the external input, I get about 50 us advantage than when I hand off the message to a separate thread to send the response. I use a ThreadPoolExecutor with a SynchronousQueue to do the handoff.
In your experience what is the acceptable delay between scheduling a task to a thread pool and it getting picked up for execution? What ideas had worked for you in the past to try improve this?
When trying to import scala.Option in a javafx script, I get the following javafxc error:
bad class file: scala/Option$$anonfun$orNull$1.class(scala:Option$$anonfun$orNull$1.class)

Please remove or make sure it appears in the correct subdirectory of the classpath.

I am using Scala 2.8.0-RC1, Javafxc 1.2.3_b36, JVM 1.6.0_18-b07, OS Ubuntu 9.10. The same code was working in Scala 2.7.7 .
Is there a way you can open and snoop DLLs? Like, see what functions are inside, etc?
Is there some sort of header in them with tables of functions, information embedded by the maker of the dll, etc? Also, how do you find/view that information?
Thanks!

What's the worst name you've seen for a product?
It might be a euphemism the company didn't know about, maybe something like Penetrode (from Office Space).
It might be something impossible to do a web search on, like the band named "Download".
It might be some combination of random syllables that's just awful.
But no matter what, it's bad. What's the worst you've seen?
I get an 'EXC_BAD_ACCESS' error when trying to access variable in a function other than the one it was set in:
NSLog(@"Commening search (%@)",sessionID); // This causes it
The variable is set in the 'awakeFromNib' function:
//Retrieve Session-ID
sessionID = [self getSessionID];
The variable itself is defined in the header:
NSString *sessionID;
This question relates to the command line version of cURL.
I'm trying to download a file from a cgi script.
http://someserver/perl/dl.pl?ID=2
Using a browser the filename comes up as 'remotefilename.gz'
cURL wants to save the file as 'dl.pl?ID=2'
How do I get cURL to save to a file with the filename from the response header??
If you have images or other files that reside externally, how do force the browser to download the link when a user click on it?
The use of "Content-disposition: attachment;" header would do that, but it is not working for files that resides externally without reading and importing the file locally.
After reading several questions regarding problems with compilation (particularly C++) and noticing that in many cases the problem is a missing header #include. I couldn't help to wonder in my ignorance and ask myself (and now to you):
Why are missing headers not automatically checked and added or requested to the programmer?
Such feature is available for Java in Netbeans for example.
I heard some people complaining about including the windows header file in a C++ application. They mentioned that it is inefficient. Is this just some urban legend or are there really some real hard facts behind it? In other words, if you believe it is efficient or inefficient please explain how this can be with facts.
I am no C++ Windows programmer guru. It would really be appreciated to have detailed explanations.

For intance, text/html, audio/mpeg, etc? Can I safely assume that anything that is text based will actually have text/??? as its content type in the header when the server returns the document?
