Many embedded tool developers are choosing to migrate their embedded development toolset to an open source IDE platform for a number of reasons. Maintaining an up-to-date IDE with the latest ideas, innovations, and features requires continuous effort from the tool development team. In contrast to maintaining a proprietary IDE, adopting an open source IDE platform enables the tool developers to leverage the ideas and effort of the community and take advantage of advances in IDE features much sooner and without incurring the full risk of experimenting with new features in their own toolsets.     I was advised to use the POCO library for inter-process communication (IPC). Looks like a powerful library and there is some documentation in the code, but I would prefer a working example , since I am not very familiar with the IPC stuff. I 've been searching for some time now and I'm out of luck. If anyone has used POCO Shared Memory successfully in the past, I would love to see some sample code !

Text is in a UITextView and i want my text to start next to image and when the image ends continue from the down of the image, like the text is surrounding the image. i tried autoResizingMask but as i ve understood it is for the relations between subview and superview so it didnt work.     I find Vim's undo to be a bit too coarse. E.g. if I type something like this: a // to go into edit mode to be or not to ve <esc> // to exit insert mode Oops! I made a typo. I want to start undoing so I press u, but then it clears the whole line. Is there a way to undo word-by-word or character-by-character?

    Hi, I;ve been trying to create a custom button in android using this tutorial - http://www.gersic.com/blog.php?id=56 It works well but it doesn't say how to change the font size or weighting. Any ideas? There was another question on here and the only answer was to use html styling but you can't change a font size in html without using css (or the deprecated font tag). There must be a better way of setting the pixel size of the font used on buttons?
