    I was wondering (if possible) if there was a program/tool/utility that when I create a new file and provide it with an extension that it creates the tags automatically? For example, a new file I create called index.php would have the appropriate tags auto-generated inside: <?php ?> I hope you get the idea. Does one, or could one, exist, preferably Windows based? Any information regarding this would be helpful.

  • What's the best way to fix memory leaks on the iPhone?

    I'm trying to use XCode's Leaks utility to fix some memory leaks in my code. Is there a better and more understandable way to check for leaks with explanations that pinpoint the exact line and/or offer suggestions? Another question, I'm using AVAudioRecorder in my code in one of my view controllers. Should I load the recorder in viewDidLoad or in viewWillAppear?

  • Building 64bit Qt on 32bit Xp computer

    I'm trying to build Qt in a shared 64 bit mode on my 32bit XP system. I can configure the QMake and start the 64bit build. The problem is that when the build starts, the first thing that happens in that the process builds ui, moc and rcc utility compilers in 64 bit mode, then tries to run them on my 32bit machine. Does anyone know how to configure the build so that it does not build those compilers first?

By compressed files I mean files compressed using the buildin Windows Compression utility, not zip. But I have a hard time figuring out how to localize the compressed files. Should I go with WMI or? In order to properly pass credentials from the client, thru the WCF service back to the SQL back end the domain account used to run the service must be configured in Active Directory with the setting "Trust this user for delegation" (Properties - "Delegation" tab). Using C#, how do I access the settings on this tab in Active Directory. I've spent the last 5 hours trying to track this down on the web and can't seem to find it. I think it is tied to the "Account Options" section on the "Account" tab, which is not what we're looking for but this is the closest I've gotten so far. The justification for all this is: We do not have permission to setup the service in QA or in Production, so along with our written instructions (which are notoriously only followed in partial) I am creating a tool that will audit the setup (WCF and SQL) to determine if the setup is correct. This will allow the person deploying the service to run this utility and verify everything is setup correctly - saving us hours of headaches and reducing downtime during deployment.

The purpose of this is to ensure that a helper utility is always available on the system, without having to distribute multiple files. With Delphi 2007 I have used JvDataEmbedded, but I am building a console application and I want to know if anyone knows of another way to do it without having to add a hidden form for JvDataEmbedded.     Is there any way to simulate the absence of a gem for certain unit tests, short of actually uninstalling and then reinstalling the gem during testing? I am writing a command line utility, and want to make sure that my tests cover cases where a user may not have all of the gems that I support. For instance, I am using fsevents — a Leopard-specific package for monitoring filesystem events — that will never be present on other systems, as well as a growl gem that's purely optional.

  • Need Google Map InfoWindow Hyperlink to Open Content in Overlay (Fusion Table Usage)

    I have the following code established to render the map in my site. When the map is clicked, the info window pops up with a bunch of content including a hyperlink to open up a website with a form in it. I would like to utilize a function like fancybox to open up this link "form" in an overlay. I have read that fancybox doesn't support calling the function from within an iframe, and was wondering if there was a way to pass the link data to the DOM and trigger the fancybox (or another overlay option) in another way?   • How to convert map to url query string?

    Do you know of any utility class/library, that can convert Map into URL-friendly query string? Example: I have a map: - "param1"=12, - "param2"="cat" I want to get: param1=12&param2=cat. PS. I know I can easily write it myself, I am just surprised that I cannot find it anywhere (I checked Apache Commons so far).
