  I am using qunit and jquery. Latest version of both. In my code when I submit the form I have the event as e. I call e.serializeArray() Here is my test. equals(args.data, [ { "name": "user_name", "value": "john" } ], 'input data'); And this is the error message from qunit. expected: [ { "name": "user_name", "value": "david" } ] result: [ { "name": "user_name", "value": "david" } ] As you can see to the naked eye the expected and result value is same but qunit is not liking it. I guess I am missing something.

I need a criteria to get all the elements after i make sort on nullable inner object.

  I'd like to do something like this: SELECT table.id AS prefix_id, table.name AS prefix_name ... and have the prefix added dynamically to all field names rather than selecting them all manually (ie SELECT table.* AS prefix_* or something) Hopefully I've described that accurately. Any thoughts? Edit To be clear, the reason I'm asking is to make sure that my query result contains every column from each table I call even if there are duplicate field names. For example, I might have a table with lots of fields which means I don't want to alias all the fields manually. Further if 3 tables have a field called name my result won't contain three name results; it will have one. I want to avoid ambiguity with my column names.

  I've a file with xml data. And I want to generate a report out of it. I tried to integrate xsl with java script, but can I get a handle of individual data elements in xsl and pass it on to a java script function. Lets say <value>true</value> is in the xml and I want to pass it on to a javascript function while doing something like this in xsl. <xsl:for-each select="/valgroup"> <xsl:value-of select="value"/> </xsl:for-each> The alternative is to parse the xml in java script and get the values, I've got little idea of how to integrate it with xsl. Are there any java script libraries. I've seen my libraries that run on servers(AJAXSLT), but I need something that runs locally. I'm a new to xslt, so consider this a worthy question.

  I am trying to use a parameter that I pass to the page in an xpath query. This works properly (hard coded): <?php $xml = simplexml_load_file("bookstore.xml"); $res = $xml->xpath("/bookstore/book[title = 'Everyday Italian']"); echo $res[0]->author ?> but I pass the parameter with: bookdetails.php?title="Everyday Italian" and then do: <?php $xml = simplexml_load_file("bookstore.xml"); $res = $xml->xpath("/bookstore/book[title = $_GET['title']]"); echo $res[0]->author ?> I get a 500 error.   I want to get the results of a left join between two tables, with both having a column of the same name, the column on which I join. The following query is seen as valid by the import/export wizard in SQL Server, but it always gives an error. I have some more conditions, so the size wouldn't be too much. We're using SQL Server 2000 iirc and since we're using an externally developed program to interact with the database (except for some information we can't retrieve that way), we can not simply change the column name. SELECT table1.*, table2.* FROM table1 LEFT JOIN table2 ON table1.samename = table2.samename At least, I think the column name is the problem, or am I doing something else wrong?

• regenerate the ID row in a MySQL Table with a Mysql's Script or PHP

  Hello, i have a database fill with information of the users who use my webpage. The table as many MySql tables have the ID parameters who is autoincrement. The issue is that when somebody eliminate his account from the site, in the database remain a jump in the sequence that i dont want cuz i have a script who fail if find some jump in the ID. Ex. ID Name PASS 1 Jhon 1234 2 Max 2233 3 Jorge 2232 If Max get out and a new user go in, this is what will happend. ID Name PASS 1 Jhon 1234 4 NewU 1133 3 Jorge 2232 So what is the best way to erase some body from the data base in order to avoid this isuue, or if is not a way, its posible to do a PHP or MySql script who eliminate all the contents in the ID row and regenerate it in order? • Re-factoring a CURL request to Ruby's RestClient

As far as I can tell, the request does get properly authenticated, but hangs up from the file upload part.   I'm wanting to rename some websites in IIS for organization purposes. I assume that the name is just meta data and won't cause any errors or problems but I'm not sure. Is there anything that relies on the website name to be unchanged? SSL certs maybe? I know each site has an id in the meta base and I assume that is all that's needed to identify the site programmaticly.

  I signed up for github and notice the ssh key option which looked interesting. I originally expected something like an ssl key (name, co name, etc). After going through it i notice i only put a password and it is always myuser@comp-name (this is windows). Why? I thought it was a user/pass id and i can create separate keys for separate purpose for privacy reasons. Now i see i am required to use one to create a repository. Also i see something about a 'private key file' when looking at options. What exactly is an SSH Key and how can i create a separate user without creating a separate login in windows.

• Why does my jQuery animation require an extra click in IE8 to finish?

  I am pretty new to jQuery in general, however the following code works perfectly in Chrome and Firefox, but not in IE8. In IE8, I have to click anywhere on the page to start the animation after selecting a radio button.   If I am serializing and later deserializing a class using DataContractSerializer how can I control the initial values of properties that were not serialized? Consider the Person class below. Its data contract is set to serialize the FirstName and LastName properties but not the IsNew property. I want IsNew to initialize to TRUE whether a new Person is being instantiate as a new instance or being deserialized from a file. This is easy to do through the constructor, but as I understand it DataContractSerializer does not call the constructor as they could require parameters.   hey guys, just having a bit of difficulty with a query, i'm trying to figure out how to show the most popular naturopath that has been visited in a centre. My tables look as follows; Patient(patientId, name, gender, DoB, address, state,postcode, homePhone, businessPhone, maritalStatus, occupation, duration,unit, race, registrationDate , GPNo, NaturopathNo) and Naturopath (NaturopathNo, name, contactNo, officeStartTime, officeEndTime, emailAddress) now to query this i've come up with SELECT count(*), naturopathno FROM dbf10.patient WHERE naturopathno != 'NULL' GROUP BY naturopathno; which results in; COUNT(*) NATUROPATH 2 NP5 1 NP6 3 NP2 1 NP1 2 NP3 1 NP7 2 NP8 My question is, how would I go about selecting the highest count from this list, and printing that value with the naturopaths name? • GraphicsDevice is null in my XNA Windows Game project

  Hello All, I have just started trying to make a simple game with XNA 3.1 to help myself learn C# and XNA. I have run into a bit of an interesting problem, however. In all of the tutorials, one is supposed to pass GraphicsDevice when instantiating a new spriteBatch object like this: spriteBatch = new SpriteBatch(GraphicsDevice); One might even do this: GraphicsDevice objGraphics = new graphics.GraphicsDevice; spriteBatch = new SpriteBatch(objGraphics); where graphics is the GraphicsDeviceManager. However, no matter which version I try, I always get an ArgumentNullException when I try to pass the GraphicsDevice object to spriteBatch's constructor. Almost every tutorial I have found gives the first one and only one mentioned the second option. Has anyone else run into a similar error or know what could be causing this? I am working in Windows 7 x64 with Visual Studio 2008.

So suppose that ActionA sets a variable groups and get_menu also uses a groups variable... ActionA's variable will overtake get_menu's variable. I tried many solutions and even jsp:inculde doesnt help:(...
