• python urllib post question

  hello ALL im making some simple python post script but it not working well. there is 2 part to have to login. first login is using 'http://mybuddy.buddybuddy.co.kr/userinfo/UserInfo.asp' this one. and second login is using 'http://user.buddybuddy.co.kr/usercheck/UserCheckPWExec.asp' i can login first login page, but i couldn't login second page website. and return some error 'illegal access' such like . i heard this is related with some cooke but i don't know how to implement to resolve this problem. if anyone can help me much appreciated!! • ASP.NET website not working properly in mobile

  I have created a simple app with a page having a server side form, three fields and a button that submits and performs two operations - 1) adds the form fields to the database table 2) sends an email. Now everything works fine on the web browser on my machine but when I access the app through my mobile, the page does not seem to work. the UI and all are set but the button click functionality doesnt seem to be working and also the label which is set after a successful submit is already visible and showing the "thank you" message. Am i doing something wrong here? I have checked the app on Nokia Smartphone browser, android phone, and iphone simulator.

• Only run selenium test if previous selenium test fails

  I have several 'it' blocks in my selenium test file (using Ruby and rspec) that test various portions of my web application. Each 'it' block stops executing and goes to the next 'it' block if any of the conditions or code fails. Is there a way to run an 'it' block only if the previous fails or call a function to react to the failed test? Is there a better way to accomplish what I am wanting to do that doesn't involve an 'it' block? Example 'it' block it "should load example.com" do page.open("http://example.com") page.wait_for_page_to_load(25) end

• Rich text editor for JSF 2

  Hi, I searched around for a basic WYSIWYG rich text editor that I can use in a JSF 2 (VDL) application, but found nothing satisfactory.. in the sense that: The editor is very extensive, and not configurable (like PrettyFaces) The editor doesn't work with VDL (like RichFaces) Multiple instances of the editor cannot be used on the same page (like Tomahawk t:htmlArea) I actually don't need all the fancy things like Fonts, Indenting/justification, undo/redo... just Bold, Italic, Lists and Hyperlinks would suffice. Do you know of something that works well in this scenario, as well as gives out XHTML compliant markup, and works well with partial page refreshes(f:ajax), or would you recommend that I write my own? • ASUS P8B WS - Endless Reboots

  I am running a Intel XEON 1245 with 4GBx2 Kingston Memory ECC Unbuffered DDR3 on an ASUS P8B WS motherboard. BIOS Version 0904 x64. This system is a little over a month old. It is running Ubuntu 11.10. This evening I found the machine turned off. When I tried to restart it, it would POST and stop at the GRUB screen. When I selected Ubuntu and hit enter within 2-3 seconds the would shutdown and restart. If I stayed at the GRUB screen and did nothing the system would not cut out. I tried booting off a USB stick and again 2-3 seconds after selecting 'Try Ubuntu without Installing' the machine will cut power and reboot. Things I have tried so far: Resetting the BIOS using the on board jumper Resetting the BIOS settings to default Disconnecting all external hardware - except keyboard & monitor Booting with 1 stick of RAM - I tried different single sticks Ensured that onboard EPU and GPU boost switches are in the off position. I am running a Memtest86 right now and it has been running for 38+ minutes. This is not an OS problem or an overheating issue (I have a CoolerMaster HAF Case with 3 fans besides the CPU fan) I am at a loss as to what to try next. I think the BIOS is mis-configured somehow but I don't know what to look for.

• Parsing error when using getSearchResultsForQuery of MGTwitterEngine

  Okay, so I'm learning php, html, and mysql to learn website development (for fun). One thing I still don't get is how to use md5 of sha1 hashes. I know how to hash the plain text, but say I want to make a login page. Since the password is hashed and can't be reversed, how would mysql know that the user-inserted password matches the hashed password in the database? Here is what I mean: $password = md5($_POST['password']); $query = ("INSERT INTO `users`.`data` (`password`) VALUES ('$password')"); I know that this snippet of script hashes the password, but how would I use this piece of code and make a login page? Any working examples would be great.

• Transparent PNG menu item backgrounds in IE6 with rollovers

  Hi I have been trying to do this for what feels like all my life I have a list menu with block display links, each link has a sliding doors png background image. I have used this javascript (http://www.ideashower.com/our_solutions/png-hover/) to implement the alphaimageloader fix for ie6 using a transparent gif. When I test it for the first time it works but if I click to a different page and then click back it doesn't work anymore - the menu completely disappears, I can get it to work again by duplicating the transparent gif and changing it's name, but again if I go to another page and then come back to it, it stops working and the menu dissappears. Is this a server caching issue or something like that. Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated! Thanks

  Hi, I've application to open popup window to print page. function printHTML(urlPath) { var printPopUp = window.open(urlPath,null,"height=600,width=777,status=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no,scrollbars=yes"); printPopUp.print(); } This script is working fine in IE, but in firefox/chrome. print() function is overlapping window.open, as a result print dialog is showing first while screen is still loading. I need to close print dialog in order to render page properly then print manually. Please advise.

• Internal Use Chat/Desktop Platform

  I did some looking, but I didn't see a SF question directly related to this. I need to find a platform for internal/LAN use only for chat and desktop sharing. We got a lot people having to get up and walk over to another person's office for simple items, and we could save a lot of time collectivity if we had a solution where we had a client app similar to gchat or AIM, where one could right click a name and request a desktop sharing session (to or from). This wouldn't be for product presentation or long training sessions, and wouldn't need more than 2 people in the session. We use GoToMeeting for this. I've looked at TeamViewer, and they got the features I want (plus a lot more features that wouldn't help) and seem more geared to large enterprise support, and it is not exactly cheap. Also looked at OCS some as well, but it seems heavy for what I am trying to do. I don't need anything relating to phone usage. If the general opinion says otherwise, I could talked back into OCS if I am wrong about weight of the product. We use GoToAssist for remote support of clients (which I am a fan of), and I don't it fits here, correct me if I am wrong. All the workstations are XP/7. Thanks!

What i need to do is postback to an asp.net page and ensure a method is called the button before was an asp.net button so i had this event Protected Sub btnCancelar_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) UtilTMP.DisposeObjects() Server.Transfer("~\Forms\test.aspx", True) End But i was using a button with javascript ALERT and recently changed to Jquery UI Model dialog but it doesn't wait for me to answer the question.. the postback happenes immediatly ... so i decided to change to a standard HTML button ... but i need to postback to the asp.net page and call a method like. • Asp.net Response.Redirect Error

  My team and I are working on a portal applicaiton. When a user requests a page, we get a page object (contianing permissions, actual file to use and what not). We then do a Response.Redirect to "~/Default.aspx". The crazy thing is that when the code to validate access and what not is called from a button click event from within an ajax update panel, response.redirect is pasting a "&f2" or a "/" into the url. So rather than http://localhost/Default.aspx, the webbrowser is being redirected to http://localhost/%f2Default.aspx, and is subsequently returning a 404 error. HttpContext.Current.Response.Redirect("~/Default.aspx", false); Anyone have an idea of why this would occur? And it only happens when the click event fires inside an update panel.

• jQueryUI Ajax.NET Postback Bug

  Hi, I have this ASP.NET page with ASP.NET UpdatePanel and jQueryUI droppable and sortable components. The page works fine in all browsers, but doesn't in Internet Explorer (IE8 tested). After I try to call ASP.NET AJAX event (by pressing my asp.net button inside the UpdatePanel) my sortable list stops working properly inside IE browser and the browser throws the following error: Message: Unspecified error. Line: 145 Char: 186 Code: 0 URI: http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js I found out that the problem is caused by the code on line 66: $("#droppable").droppable(); If I comment it out, the sortable list works fine after ajax postbacks. But it doesn't make sense. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks. P.S. I am using jQueryUI 1.8.1 and jQuery 1.4.2

  I am trying to install php on my windows 7 machine. I have installed IIS 6.x and I have also installed php. I used this tutorial http://blogs.iis.net/bills/archive/2006/09/19/How-to-install-PHP-on-IIS7-_2800_RC1_2900_.aspx The only thing I didnt understand is this part: 4) Install IIS7, making sure you install the ISAPI Extension component (for PHP-ISAPI - which is what I use) or the CGI component (if you prefer CGI) during IIS installation (ISAPI and CGI are not installed by default) Now when i go to localhost I get an error.   I recently installed cache-money. After some difficulties getting memcached and cache-money set up, I thought I had it working. It cached the one query on my login page fine. • My hard drive seems to be overheating... what should I do?

  After a cold boot, the hard drive in my notebook jumps to 56? within an hour or so of idling. Is 56? a cause for alarm? Notes: The notebook is on a flat desk and none of the vents are obstructed. The video card is currently at 55? and the CPU at 50?. It's a Western Digital 250GB hard drive. SMART reports the drive healthy but does warn that: Edit: this problem had a very surprise ending. I inverted the notebook and unscrewed some of the panels on the back (there was one covering the hard drive, and one that provided access to the memory). I couldn't see any dust, so I simply screwed everything back together and powered it on... and it worked! The temperature is now staying at 46?, and it feels notable cooler to the touch. So I can only assume that some internal fan was malfunctioning or something. Whatever the case, it's working now so I won't complain. Edit: I have an SSD now, so temperature isn't as big an issue as it was when I had a mechanical drive.

  Hey, I've been building a silverlight application and a WCF service for a while now and recently tried to host them in IIS7. I installed IIS7 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and added these two application to my default website. I am having a number of problems so im hoping one of you can help out... 1) The silverlight and WCF service applications do not work with pass-through authentication. I need to "connect as" the administrator server account when setting up the application. I read online that you should only need to use the "connect as" field when you are connecting to another computer. If i dont supply the admin credentials i get this error. Do i have to set up permissions somewhere else? HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
