    I have used the folllowing steps to add classes to my build path still i am geting errors as import not resolved.I had followed the following steps. Select Create New Folder and name it TpmWebUIClasses. Click the Advanced button and select the Link to folder in the file system check box. Browse for to the folder where you have copied the classes Make sure the selected folder is listed and then click OK. How can i resolve the error?

  • Changing the default TestRunner in Eclipse.

    All tests should be run with jUnit3, if i run a non-configured Test, it tries to use the default-TestRunner (jUnit4). So, i have to go into the run/debug configuration, change the TestRunner to "jUnit3" and run it again. On EVERY Test. This just disturbs the workflow. So, is there an option to REMOVE jUnit4 as possible TestRunner, or even better, change the Default TestRunner to jUnit3 ? Thanks in Advance,

    Hi, Does anyone know if it is possible to copy an existing project into a new, created workspace on the fly? I can create the workspace already through command line. I am thinking I either need to copy the whole project into another workspace (possible through command line?) or create a new project and copy the .classpath and .project folders. There is a bin folder,src folder,build.xml,build.num and 3 .txt files when I extracted this folder.     I would like to track the value of a boolean (not Boolean) variable in the Eclips debugger. I need to know when it does change and, for this, i need to track it's value through all the execution; not only when it is in scope. More particularly i have a class (let's call it myClass) with a boolean member variable called isAvailable. My program instantiate 4 or 5 myClass objects. I am expecting that at the end of the execution the isAvailable value of all of my objects is set to true. Contrarily to my excpectation one of myClass objects has isAvailable set to false. I need to know which (in a lot of) methods is setting isAvailable to false.

    Hi there, I am looking for extensions that implement a specific extension point, and am using the following acceptable method to do this: IExtensionRegistry extensionRegistry = Platform.getExtensionRegistry(); if (extensionRegistry == null) { return TEMPLATES; } IConfigurationElement[] config = extensionRegistry.getConfigurationElementsFor("com.ibm.im.launchpoint.templates.template"); I then would like to get the version of the defining bundle. I would use the following API, but the API for PluginVersionIdentifier is deprecated: for (IConfigurationElement e : config) { BlueprintTemplate template = new BlueprintTemplate(); IExtension declaringExtension = e.getDeclaringExtension(); PluginVersionIdentifier versionIdentifier = declaringExtension.getDeclaringPluginDescriptor().getVersionIdentifier(); I could not find an alternative in the new API - i.e. from a IConfigurationElement, how do I get the version id descriptor of the bundle. Obviously, from the Bundle I can get the version using the Bundle.getHeaders(), getting the Bundle-Version value - but how do I get the Bundle in the first place??? Platform.getBundle(bundleId) is not enough since I might have multiple versions of same bundle installed, and I need to know who I am. At the moment I have a chicken & egg situation, and the only solution I have is the above deprecated API.

I have the view open but all the buttons are disabled. I have tried putting code in the view, selecting code in the view, selecting code in other views, while running and while not running debug, but the only button that is ever enabled on the view is "clear console". Suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

The report.design contains: <list-property name="cssStyleSheets"> <structure> <property name="fileName">… mycss.css</property> <property name="externalCssURI"> http://.../mycss.css </property> </structure> </list-property> The resulting html contains: <style type="text/css"> .style_0 {…} .style_1 {…} …. </style> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://.../mycss.css"></link> For each reference of my styles, the rendered html elements use both styles usually like this: <div class="style_x myclass" …. > …. </div> Is there any way to get rid of the useless inline styles when rendering html?

    Hi, I just started playing around with android development, and already with just an attempt at making a button, I have encountered a problem. The error I'm given in the following code is right on "R.id.button1". It says id cannot be resolved or is not a field. Do I need to manually reference every single object I make in the layout xml file?   • Eclipse/CDT editor not picking up project-defined symbols in coloring ifdef'ed out sections

    The problem I'm seeing is that under preferences, C/C++ Defined symbols for different Configurations/targets aren't showing up in the code coloring. When I change the active build configuration in the project menu, I would expect the editor & code coloring to pick up the symbols from the project settings, but it only seems to be picking up the symbols for one of the targets. Is there any way to have the code coloring for ifdef'ed code follow the active build configuration?
