    Hi, Recently i had some issues with the swf application in IE, which is somethings like gallery. In Firefox its loads perfectly, but in IE it doesn't work properly in some times. For the first time loading its works fine but, when i refresh all the images are getting blank. Image data came from xml. But wish to get some tips regarding the browsers and swf behavior in each.     I'm designing a gallery application for viewing vehicle pictures and there are two parameters: Manufacturer Vehicle type Right now you can view either, but not both. Urls go like so: /manufacturer/# /type/# Where # is an ID number. How/can I format my URLs so it can accept both? My current solution is to do: /both/#/# but this requires some retooling since the application doesn't know when you want to filter by both. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Hi everyone, Using Lightbox for a photo gallery and would like to initiate the function by clicking on the thumbnail's parent <li>rather than the thumbnail image. I have been able to do this easily with the thumbnail for the album (not using Lightbox, simply opening another page) with the following code: $(".item").click(function(){ window.location=$(this).find("a").attr("href");return false; }); However, can't seem to initiate Lightbox in a similar fashion. Preferably using the annotated timeline Google has (since it has a nice wrapper plugin for rails): http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html However, there doesn't seem to be a way to create a step chart using the annotated timeline or any other chart in the Google API. I'm looking to make a plot like this: If there is no way to do this with the google API, is there an alternative graphing library that can handle such a task?

    I'm using JQuery and Prototype in this web application that I'm developing. I'm looking for a way to use Lightbox v2.04 by Lokesh Dhakar to play flash movies. If its not possible using the Lightbox v2.04 then what other ways can I accomplish the shadowing overlayed flash video pop-up with jquery and/or Prototype? The reason I'm set on v2.04 is because I'm using it already as an image gallery. I'm using flv type flash files if that helps.

I thought to do this in one HTML by putting each section in a div and show only one div per time (using Javascript / jQuery), based on the chosen menu button. Alternatively, I could create a separate HTML page per section, and link these pages to the menu buttons. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods ?
