    I have a server and a client written in C. I try to load a shared library in the server and then pass library function pointers to the client. This way I can change the library without have to compile the client. Because of every process has its own separate memory space, I wonder if it is possible to load a shared library on a shared memory, pass the function pointers and map the shared memory on the client and then make the client execute the code of the library loaded by the server.

    I have a screen with two RadioButtonField objects. By default, the first RadioButtonField shows a rectangle around it to show its selected, and the rectangle moves if you change the selection to the other RadioButtonField or other buttons and textboxes on the page. What I would like to know is...is there a way to hide this border that shows the selection/border?

Right now Hudson's "Poll SVN" detects that the subversion repository has changed and will try to build the project, even if that change was in a different project. Is there a way to set up "Poll SCM" to only respond to changes in a certain branch?

  • Android runs OpenGL ES 1.1 or 1.0?

    I'm developing a native app for Android and I'm trying to use functions such as glIsEnabled which appear to be only available in OpenGL ES 1.1. Google's docs claim that NDK 1.6R1 supports OpenGL ES v1.1 but the function call fails with "unimplemented Open GL ES API" and if i do a glGetString(GL_VERSION) it returns "OpenGL ES 1.0 CM" as the version. So if 1.1 is available, what do I have to link against to get it or what else do i need to change to get it?

    Hi, I use Visual Studio 2008 and Perforce. When I bind my project to perforce(File - Source Control - Change Source Control - Bind), Visual Studio complain like "~.vspscc File is not under source control". Should I create that file for myself, or is that file created by Visual Studio? If it is created by Visual Studio, why does it complain about it? Thanks in advance.

    I've got a custom colour set in Visual Studio and one of the colours when debugging is making things a bit of a misery. Unfortunately I can't figure out which one it is, and when going through and changing all the light background ones, it still remains. Can anyone point me in the right direction?     I'm in the process of changing part of my C++ app from using an older C type array to a templated C++ container class. See this question for details. While the solution is working very well, each minor change I make to the templated code causes a very large amount of recompilation to take place, and hence drastically slows build time. Is there any way of getting template code out of the header and back into a cpp file, so that minor implementation changes don't cause major rebuilds?

    Hi im having a few problems rotating a string, i found that you need graphics.rotate() but when i change the rotation, i cannot even see the string. It appears the pivot point has completely thrown me. Also i saw an example with transform but i decided i did not need this? If my string was a graph label, reading top to bottom and i needed to rotate it 180 degrees so that it read bottom to top, how would i do this? Thanks in advance
