  • How to distinguish between <expr> and non-<expr> mappings?

    - by ZyX
I want to add a possibility of restoring mappings overwritten by my plugin. But the problem is that I cannot distinguish between the following mappings: inoremap <expr> @ test and inoremap @ test First mapping inserts the contents of the variable test, while second inserts text «test». Both mappings give maparg("@", 'i')=="test" and identical output of inoremap i.

  • Tool to generated rotated versions of an image

    - by John
In sprite-based systems, it's common to fake rotation of a sprite by having many different images, each showing it rotated an extra few degrees. Is there any free tool which will take a single image, and output a single image containing several rotations? It should also ideally let us control how many images are in each row. e.g if I have a 32x32 sprite and I want it rotated at 10 degree intervals, the tool might generate a 320x32 file or a 160x64 file

  • Can XPath concatenate two nodeset values? (for use in XForms)

    - by iHeartGreek
Hi! I am wanting to concatenate two nodeset values using XPath in XForms. I know that XPath has a concat(string, string) function, but how would I go about concatenating two nodeset values? BEGIN EDIT: I tried concat function.. I tried this.. and variations of it to make it work, but it doesn't <xf:value ref="concat(instance('param_choices')/choice/root, .)"/> END EDIT Below is a simplified code example of what I am trying to achieve. XForms model: <xf:instance id="param_choices" xmlns=""> <choices> <root label="Param Choices">/param</root> <choice label="Name">/@AAA</choice> <choice label="Value">/@BBB</choice> </choices> </xf:instance> XForms ui code that I currently have: <xf:select ref="instance('criteria_data')/criteria/criterion" appearance="full"> <xf:label>Param choices:</xf:label> <br/> <xf:itemset nodeset="instance('param_choices')/choice"> <xf:label ref="@label"></xf:label> <xf:value ref="."></xf:value> </xf:itemset> </xf:select> (if user selects "Name" checkbox..) the XML output is: <criterion>/@BBB</criterion> However! I want to combine the root nodeset value with the current choice nodeset value. Essentially: <xf:value ref="(instance('definition_choices')/choice/root) + ."/> to achieve the following XML output: <criterion>/param/@BBB</criterion> Any suggestions on how to do this? (I am fairly new to XPath and XForms) p.s. what I am asking makes sense to me when I typed it out, but if you have trouble figuring out what I'm asking, just let me know.. thanks!

  • "preprocess current file" addin for Visual Studio? (C++ )

    - by Virgil
I realize that Visual Studio has the "/P" option to generate preprocessed files, but it's extremely inconvenient. I'm looking for an addin that allows you to right-click on a file and select "view preprocessed" - or any similar solution that would basically preprocess the currently-open file (with the appropriate options from the current configuration) and show me the output, with no extra hassle. Does such a thing exist?

  • set/add view from controller action

    - by user359650
Hi all, I'm trying to set a view script to be executed in addition to the currently requested action view script. I want to do this from the controller action itself in a way that this new view script output will be available from the layout $this-layout()-content helper. I found the setView() method but don't know how to use it from the controller. Thanks a lot.

  • What is the best way to manage unix process from java?

    - by erotsppa
I'm looking for some simple tasks like listing all the running process of a user, or kill a particular process by pid etc. Basic unix process management from Java. Is there a library out there that is relatively mature and documented? I could run a external command from the JVM and then parse the standard output/error but that seems like a lot of work and not robust at all. Any suggestions?

  • what the best and simplest way to find out whether a volume need defrag?

    - by r9r9r9
I am writing a application that monitor the system's health, user should know when they need to defrag the volumes. What I am thinking is calling the "defrag.exe /A" then analyze the output result to see whether it contains "You do not need to defragment this volume." But it's slow and very bad, I fount that the "Analyze" is really quick on the MyDefrag.exe. Anyone could tell me what's the best and simplest way?

  • Trouble echoing data - data being converted to 0

    - by Haraldo
Hi, I feel this is something to do with my httpd setup for apache. I'm using mod_rewrite if that helps but I think that only effects the url. It seems when I output some data such as: $sMessage = 'Error'; echo $sMessage; It works fine but when I do this: $sMessage = 'Error'; echo ''+$sMessage+''; It returns 0. Very odd!

  • Drawing with element array in OpenGL ES

    - by FatalMojo
    Hello! I am trying to use OpenGLES to draw a x by y matrix of squares about an arbitrary point. I have an array sideVertice[] that holds a series of vertex structs defined as such typedef struct { GLfloat x; GLfloat y; GLfloat z; } Vertex3D; and an element array defined as such GLubyte elementArray[]; my draw loop is as such glLoadIdentity(); glVertexPointer(3, GL_FLOAT, 0, cube.sideVertice); for (int i=0; i<((cube.cubeSize + 1)*(cube.cubeSize + 1)); i++) { for (int j=0; j<=3; j++) { elementArray[j] = j + i*4; glDrawElements(GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP, 4, GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, elementArray); } } for (int i=0; i<=3; i++) elementArray[i] = i; However, the visual output is corrupted and I cannot figure out what the problem is. here is an output of the vertice held in the array: 2010-04-15 23:44:48.816 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[0][0] x:-26.000000 y:1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.817 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[1][1] x:-26.000000 y:26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.826 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[2][2] x:-1.000000 y:1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.829 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[3][3] x:-1.000000 y:26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.830 RubixGL[4203:20b] Next Face 2010-04-15 23:44:48.830 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[0][4] x:1.000000 y:1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.832 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[1][5] x:1.000000 y:26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.837 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[2][6] x:26.000000 y:1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.838 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[3][7] x:26.000000 y:26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.848 RubixGL[4203:20b] Next Face 2010-04-15 23:44:48.849 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[0][8] x:-26.000000 y:-26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.850 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[1][9] x:-26.000000 y:-1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.851 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[2][10] x:-1.000000 y:-26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.852 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[3][11] x:-1.000000 y:-1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.853 RubixGL[4203:20b] Next Face 2010-04-15 23:44:48.853 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[0][12] x:1.000000 y:-26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.854 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[1][13] x:1.000000 y:-1.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.854 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[2][14] x:26.000000 y:-26.000000 2010-04-15 23:44:48.855 RubixGL[4203:20b] vertex[3][15] x:26.000000 y:-1.000000 any ideas?

  • file doesn't open, running outside of debugger results in seg fault (c++)

Hello (and thanks in advance) I'm in a bit of a quandry, I cant seem to figure out why I'm seg faulting. A couple of notes: It's for a course -- and sadly I am required to use use C-strings instead of std::string. • cflock do not throw timeout for same url called in same browser

    - by Pritesh Patel
I am trying lock block on page test.cfm and below is code written on page. <cfscript> writeOutput("Before lock at #now()#"); lock name="threadlock" timeout="3" type="exclusive" { writeOutput("<br/>started at #now()#"); thread action="sleep" duration="10000"; writeOutput("<br/>ended at #now()#"); } writeOutput("<br/>After lock at #now()#"); </cfscript> assuming my url for page is http://localhost.local/test.cfm and running it on browser in two different tabs. I was expecting one of the url will throw timeout error after 3 second since another url lock it atleast for 10 seconds due to thread sleep. Surprisingly I do not get any timeout error rather second page call run after 10 seconds as first call finish execution. But I am appending some url parameter (e.g. http://localhost.local/test.cfm?q=1) will throw error. Also I am calling same url in different browser then one of the call will throw timeout issue. Is lock based on session and url? Update Here is output for two different cases: Case 1: TAB1 Url: http://localhost.local/test/test.cfm Before lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:35'} started at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:35'} ended at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:45'} After lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:45'} TAB2 Url: http://localhost.local/test/test.cfm Before lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:45'} started at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:45'} ended at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:55'} After lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:55'} Case 2: TAB1 Url: http://localhost.local/test/test.cfm Before lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:27:18'} started at {ts '2013-10-18 09:27:18'} ended at {ts '2013-10-18 09:27:28'} After lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:27:28'} TAB2 Url: http://localhost.local/test/test.cfm? (Added ? at the end) Before lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:27:20'} A timeout occurred while attempting to lock threadlock. The error occurred in C:/inetpub/wwwroot/test/test.cfm: line 13 11 : 12 : <cfoutput>Before lock at #now()#</cfoutput> 13 : <cflock name="threadlock" timeout="3" type="exclusive"> 14 : <cfoutput><br/>started at #now()#</cfoutput> 15 : <cfthread action="sleep" duration="10000"/> ... Result for case 2 as expected. For case 1, strange thing I just noticed is tab 2 output "Before lock at {ts '2013-10-18 09:21:45'} indicates that whole request start after 10 seconds (means after the complete execution of first tab) when I have fired it in second URL just after 2 seconds of first tabs.
