    Dear experts, I download the Android code and "make sdk" to build out my own SDK, but the emulator from this SDK does not work well -- it only shows the black window with the "ANDROID" string, but I can't see any desktop picture or any applications. what's wrong here? anyone could please provide me a hint?   • Missing symbol names when profiling IPhone application with Instruments.

    I am compiling an IPhone application via command line (so no XCode options involved) and I am unable to get my symbol names to show when profiling with Instruments. I have tried several flags such as -gdawrf-2 and -g without any success. I have also tried using dsymutils to generate a .dSYM file but i have no clue how I'm supposed to use it so that failed aswell. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    I am trying to set up ANT build. However when I invoke build command helloworld_15/${NAME} does not exist. BUILD FAILED (total time: 0 seconds) Also the configure variables does not seems to be assigned. However i have set them into /etc/envitonment I tried echo $<varaiable_name> and value get displayed. Tried to google but not solutions seems am the first one having this issue. PS: OS Ubuntu 10.10

    hi, I am trying to install SQL server 2008 express on windows 7 64 bit machine using the following command: Setup.exe /qs /Action=Install /Features=SQL /InstanceName=XXX /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS="Builtin\Administrators" /SQLSVCACCOUNT="NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" I can not access the database and get "access denied" error. I narrowed down the issue to the /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS="Builtin\Administrators" parameter not working. When I change this parameter value to currnet user or try manual install it works Any idea is appreciated.

    Hi all, We are using Carrot in our Python project. I wrote a Python script acting as the consumer of the message queue. I invoked this Python script using command line shell in Windows 7 as python consumer.py However, after a while, the running session was aborted and the error is: [errno 10054] An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host The producer session is still running fine on the Linux server.     I noticed that if you get a Scripting.File object from certain windows files (Example: any wav in C:\Windows\Media) the Scripting.File.ShortPath property shows the long path. Curious I dropped to the command prompt and tried Dir /A /X and sure enough the short paths were missing from all the files in that directory. Anyone know: A.) What that's all about? B.) How to get the short path of a file that doesn't seem to have one?

    Is it possible to get the duplicate count when executing MySQL "INSERT IGNORE" statement via JDBC? For example, when I execute an INSERT IGNORE statement on the mysql command line, and there are duplicates I get something like Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.02 sec) Records: 1 Duplicates: 1 Warnings: 0 Note where it says "Duplicates: 1", indicating that there were duplicates that were ignored. Is it possible to get the same information when executing the query via JDBC? Thanks.
