    Hi, I am trying to make a dynamic form which retrives data. How can I use javascript to load a value from a mysql database? I understand that it must use php in some way, and I know how to query the database and assign the value to a php variable, but I have no idea what to do after that...any advice? the goal is to have someone enter their orderid say, then the datbase auto pulls down and enters their last invoice in the field below it after they click GO...

I have set up a filter for the divs using the following code: $("#logo").click(function() { $(".box").fadeIn(); $(".box:not(.logo)").fadeOut(); }); when I select an item, I want masonry to reload the layout so that the items are reshuffled and that there aren't blank spaces. I also have a script manager on that page. now when I click on any of the buttons then the functionality is working fine but problem is that the complete page gets reloaded witha a flick, instead of updating the update panel only. I have set the "children as trigger" property of update panel "true". please help.
