    There is so much info out there on using Apple's Reachability example, and so much is conflicting. I'm trying to find out of I'm using it (Reachability 2.0) correctly below. My App use case is this: If an internet connection is available through any means (wifi, LAN, Edge, 3G, etc.) a UIButton ("See More") is visible on various views. If no connection, the button is not visible. The "See More" part is NOT critical in any way to the app, it's just an add-on feature. "See More" could be visible or not anytime during the application lifecycle as connection is established or lost. Here's how I did it - Is this correct and/or is there a better way?     I'm moving some code from YUI to javascript and some of it is using YUI's YAHOO.util.Dom.getElementsBy(function). I've been reading through the prototype API docs and haven't been able to find something equivalent. It needs to be able to take an arbitrary function not just select off a CSS selector or the like. Can anyone suggest to me the best way to accomplish this in Prototype?

    I'm trying to send an ActionSheet a variable from a button. I can't use the tag property because its being used for something else. I've declared myIndexRow as an instance variable and have: NSInteger myIndexRow = indexPath.row; [deleteButton addTarget:self action:@selector(showDeleteSheet:) forControlEvents:UIControlEventTouchUpInside]; deleteButton.myIndexRow = myIndexRow; but I'm getting the 'Request for member 'myRow' is something not a structure or union' There is something obvious I am missing here.

    I'm using javascript to generate a high resolution grid for an image that I generated on a web server. The high-resolution grid is composed of a 'map' element with hundreds of 'area' child elements. Each 'area' element has onmouseover attribute that causes the display of a popup box. After assigning the map to the img (via the usemap attribute), Internet explorer ignores the 'onmouseover' attribute of the area elements that I added via javascript. The behavior is not caused by syntactical variations between IE and other browsers. A static map behaves correctly. Only the elements that I add dynamically to an existing image map fail to fire their corresponding mouse-over events.
