  • WordPress Custom Theme Favicon in Dashboard Menu

    When you create a custom theme in WordPress, you can add a link to your theme options on the left menu in the WP dashboard. The default icon that's used next to your menu label is called generic.png and resides in the wp-admin/images directory. Anyone know how to tell WP to use my theme's custom favicon.png instead of the default?

    In Android, when an alert appears, the background is dimmed. I would like a similar effect for when the menu is opened. So I have an UI that is composed of controls that all have their own context menu, but we also have a datagrid that get's nested inside our generic contaier. So when you right click the datagrid elements I want to show both the context items I've created for the datagrid and the items from the generic container.

    I'd like to take a book menu and just add it right to the primary links. Any way to do that? It can appear alreayd in the Navigation links but I'd like it to expand to deeper child levels. Also, I'm using a theme (Newswire) that creates a suckerfish menu from the primary links, so if I can automatically add my book pages to the primary links that would be ideal... Sample Book Layout
